Definite “hidden gem” status. 💎

This spot is perfect for the whole family as it sits right opposite a well kept park. We had the opportunity to shoot some cool content @bobsbagels and would highly recommend you add this to your bucket list. ☕️✅

Do it for the plot.

Say yes.
Book the trip.
Run the race.
Meet the people.
Make the memory.

Not everything has to make sense.
Sometimes you just need a good story.

🚈 ALL ABOARD 🚈 We’ve got another great train gathering ahead!

Last time we did this route in January, we had around 500 people join us 🤯

A reminder that tickets are CASH ONLY, and make sure to arrive with plenty of time to get your ticket and get on the train!

We’ll meet in town (or you can join us along the way- info on next slide) to hop on the train to Kalk Bay, spend a couple of hours exploring the area, then we’ll hop back on the train to town.

These gatherings are a little more fluid than usual, one because the train can get delayed, and two because it’s a little harder to guide everyone. You can read when you want, chat when you want, and stare out the window longingly when you want. You can even choose what you do when we get to Kalk Bay (some suggestions on the third slide).

Can’t wait to see you there!

You can also join us along the way if you’re not in the city! Here’s the schedule for each train 🙌

While we’re in Kalk Bay, there’s lots to do!

Check out kalkbaybooks @quaggararebooks or @kalkbayquarterbooks for great reads! 📚

Check out @slowliferecords for great tunes 🎧🎶

Grab a bite at @bobsbagels @honestchocolate @saltkalkbay or @olympia_cafe 🥯🍫🧂🥐

Or do some shopping at @lakeside_provisions or any of the other fantastic stores 🛍️

You can also sit and read in Lever Street Park, go for a dip at Dalebrook Tidal Pool, or go for a seaside walk to Muiz and grab the train there. All up to you!

Bob’s Bagel Cafe is on board!

Enjoy cozy indoor and outdoor seating options right next to a lovely park and playground. Located just one street back from the ocean, you can still see, smell, and hear the sea.
Coffee roasted on the spot alongside freshly made bagels and delicious local sweets. More than just a cafe, also a gallery so it won’t only be your palate that is satisfied! 🥯☕️
