Such an honor to support @lalovesalexs @alexslemonade every year 🍋 We gather with the best chefs in the country, eat like crazy, sweat in the heat, have the best time, and raise money for children’s cancer 💛. Bravo to @suzannegoin @carolinestyne & @dclentz3 for all of your dedication and hard work 🙏. https://www.alexslemonade.org/

Pecan’s perfect day (weekend)!!

First a homemade dog biscuit from @bobswellbread, then his first look at the Pecan Pie Latte from @fikacoffeecart_! He’s convinced it’s named after him, and the wonderful staff recognize him and put his name on the drink 🐶😊 and finally a piece of bacon from @davesplacerestaurantandlounge, where the staff know and love him.

Pecan is such a happy guy and everywhere we go, we get comments about how he looks like a puppy and how cute it is that he literally never stops wagging. I feel like a celebrity walking him, but he’s the real showstopper!!

Is anyone surprised that all of his favorite things involve food and snacks and treats??

STUDIO1529 | I rarely turn the camera around to do a self-portrait. I'm trying out some newly-arrived kit in the kitchen tonight, and it happens to be on the eve of a significant trip around the sun (even though I don't observe it anymore). This is my favorite piece of clothing after I get home, that is comfortably worn the hell out, with an image I shot of Bob Oswaks of Bob's Well Bread in Los Alamos many moons ago. #fujifilm #portraitphotography #bobswellbread

Last night we got to host the first dinner in the @tastesyv series ✨

We are so proud of our culinary team, Chef Noban & Chef Darren, for doing not one but two courses for the dinner.

Thank you to everyone who came out and celebrated with us last night! We are so lucky to be a part of such an amazing community.

Let’s plan your next California wine trip! Here are some of my favorite spots to hit up during a Santa Ynez Valley getaway🍷🌿

COMMENT “vines” and I’ll send you my full guide on the best things to do in the Santa Ynez Valley!

It includes more details on my favorite wineries and eateries, info on all of the charming towns (Los Alamos, Solvang, Los Olivos, and more!), as well as ideas on things to do in the region beyond wine tasting.

My little guide to Los Alamos, California 🤠 Save this for your next Central Coast road trip:
🛏 Stay: Alamo Motel — affordable, comfortable and perfectly located, with a fire pit and great wine bar. 10/10.
🥂 Lunch: Bell’s — 100/10. It has a Michelin star for a reason. I prefer casual dining, so lunch is perfect for me.
🧺 Antique shopping: The Depot + Sisters
🍺 Dive bar: Depot Bar — check the website before visiting because opening hours vary.
🍷 Shop, sip + eat: Bodega + Priedite Barbecue — dog- and kid-friendly.
🍇 Best winery: A Tribute to Grace Wine Company (must like Grenache❤️)
🍕 Dinner: Full of Life Flatbread — also dog- and kid-friendly.
Honorable mentions: Pick up pastries from Bob’s Well Bread to remember your trip, and visit Norman at Skyview Los Alamos for happy hour or dinner.
