POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
Confidence is not something I found in a mirror. I found it in my people. The women who text me before an event to say “you have got this”. The founders who cheer when I post the video with my face on it. The friend who tells me the truth about my pricing, then sits with me while I raise it. Being around women who are building, failing, and trying again gave me permission to do the same. That is where my most confident self lives. In the room, not on my own. If you are still trying to do this alone, stop. Comment ROOMS and come find your people.

Why does one Reel get 10,000 views while another barely gets 200? We can spend hours creating content, post it, then wonder why nobody is watching. The frustrating part? It’s not always because the content is bad. Sometimes it’s the hook, the first few seconds, the story, or whether we’ve actually given people a reason to stay. In this Reel, we’re breaking down what makes people stop scrolling and watch. If you’re serious about creating content that converts, follow @laura_njoku, @bocieniche and me to keep up with our next Content Conversion Playbook event. Save this Reel and send it to a creator who needs to hear it.

Over two months of being ridiculously consistent. Not because I suddenly found more time. Not because I stopped feeling awkward on camera. Not because every post performed well. I stopped waiting to feel ready. I stopped worrying about who was watching. And I started thinking about one person I could help with every post. That shift has made creating content in my 40s so much easier. If you’re a business owner, entrepreneur or professional building your personal brand, you don’t need to become fearless. You need to get comfortable being seen. Feel the cringe. Post anyway. What would you create if you stopped worrying about what people think?
