Meet @alix_crosby , French somatic & energy facilitator and founder of the Sacred Codes. Through The Reset, private sessions and Sacred Activation, she helps people release tension and reconnect with themselves between Miami Beach and Paris.

But Alix is also a little bit of South Beach in human form: a spark of energy, endlessly positive, always ready for the gym, the beach or whatever comes next.

She lives at Flamingo Point, a tropical world hidden in South Beach: lush gardens, pools, gyms, restaurants, @puravida, even daycare for kids and dogs , all overlooking Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline.

Everyone thinks they know South Beach: Ocean Drive, the noise, the postcard. Alix showed me the one underneath, greener, more local, and lived almost entirely on foot.

💪 @anatomy — a giant gym with a crazy energy: mega bodybuilders alongside Miami moms, everyone doing their thing. Plus classes, cold plunge, sauna & hot tub.

🍝 @callmegaby — ridiculously cute, gorgeous decor and genuinely delicious.

🌴 @thestandardmiami — her ultimate sunset spot, right on the bay. You’re practically sitting on the water.

🌊 @oceansocialmiamibeach — lunch by the beach. Avocado pizza 🥑

🌮 @bodegasobe — rootsy, unpolished and incredibly cool. Fish tacos in front, a wild speakeasy hidden behind. Very South Beach: one place can always hide another.

🏨 @faenamiamibeach — monumental entrance, then a spa shop of pure cosmic decadence: treatments, family constellations, flashy jewelry & sequined dresses. Somehow, it all makes sense.
