Happy MS Awareness Month 🤍🧡 I was diagnosed with MS at 22 years old. What I didn’t know then was how much this journey would shape my life — not limit it. Since day one, I’ve supported the mission to end MS in every way I could: ✈️ Jumping out of a perfectly good airplane 🚴‍♀️ Riding miles on my bike 🚶‍♀️ Walking for a cure 🏃🏼‍♀️ Training for an Ironman. 🎤 Advocating. Educating. Sharing my story. This month we bring education, awareness, and HOPE to a disease that impacts nearly 1 million people in the U.S. alone. And I’m living proof of the power of movement. Join me on March 11 for an important discussion with Robert Motl from University of Illinois Chicago as we talk about the science behind physical activity and its positive impact on MS. Because when we move, we build strength. When we learn, we build power. When she can — we can. 🤍 #MSAwarenessMonth #MultipleSclerosis #SheCan #MoveForMS #DoGoodMovement

Still on the Bike MS adrenaline high — reflecting on a weekend filled with challenge, purpose, laughter, and deep, soul-filling friendship. 💕 This is how it started: 15 years ago, I met a guy named John. We crossed paths because of MS — a diagnosis that changed both of our lives in very different ways. This is how it’s going: Every year, John shows up to Bike MS. Brave. Humble. Kind. He stands on the sidelines, cheering for us — even though we’re riding for him. And somehow, year after year, his presence becomes the most powerful part of my ride. This is more than a cycling event. It’s a reminder of why we fight. It’s about friendship that stands the test of time, hardship, and change. It’s about showing up — over and over — for the people who make life better just by being in it. John, you are one of my greatest reasons for doing this. I’m proud to call you my friend. We ride, we reconnect, we remember what matters. This is what life’s all about: 💛 Giving back 💛 Finding your people 💛 Standing by them 💛 And celebrating the moments that matter I hope you have a John in your life… I’m lucky I’ve got mine. 💪 #ThisIsHowItStarted #ThisIsHowItsGoing #MSBestie #WeFightTogether #BikeMS #FriendshipGoals #MSAwareness #DoGoodMovement #findyourpeople

🚴‍♀️ Cycle for a Cause • Bike MS 2025 The hottest day of summer. 100-degree heat. 20+ MPH winds. And 20 of my dearest friends by my side. There’s truly no way to describe the feeling of having your people show up for a mission that means everything to you. For 20 years, I’ve made this summer trek through the cornfields of Illinois, cycling for a cure for MS — and somehow, I’ve managed to rope in the best humans to ride with me. Yesterday was brutal. The 100-mile route was canceled due to extreme heat, but believe me, the 62 miles we tackled were challenge enough. We hit 30mph with the wind at our backs… and crawled at 9mph into headwinds that felt like walls. We pushed. We sweat. We crossed the finish line together. And we celebrated. 🎉 I’m beyond grateful. Grateful for these friendships. Grateful for this fight. Grateful for the opportunity to turn my wildest dreams into shared memories. Life is good… we just make it look easy 😎 #BikeMS #CycleForACause #MSWarrior #FindACure #GratefulHeart #20YearsStrong #DoGoodMovement #LifeIsGood
