WEEK ONE IN GREEKDOM 💙🤍

What a first week! From partnering with my Phi Beta Sigma @dblepsilonsigma brothers at the @seaurbanleague 5th Annual Resource Festival, to becoming a Sigma just in time for the @seattlenphcgreekpicnic, this journey is already off to an incredible start.

I’ve had the opportunity to connect with my Greek family, friends, and loved ones, and Sunday was especially meaningful celebrating this milestone with my Blu & White family. The love and support has been overwhelming in the best way. 💙🤍

Phi Beta Sigma may be the best 😉, but it’s all love across the D9. Different letters, same commitment to uplifting our communities.

This is only the beginning of a lifelong journey of Brotherhood, Scholarship, and Service.

Thank you to everyone who came Sunday and showed me so much love. I appreciate you more than you know.

This past weekend, Bro. Endris, Bro. Ligons, and Bro. Mitchell had the privilege of representing the chapter at the Walter M. Clarke Leadership Conference in Nashville, Tennessee.

Throughout the conference, we participated in impactful leadership sessions, gained valuable knowledge to strengthen our chapter, connected with brothers from across the region, and handled important fraternity business. The experience reinforced the importance of leadership, service, and the continued growth of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.

One of the highlights of the weekend was having the opportunity to meet several amazing sorors, including Niecy Nash-Betts, Kellee Stewart, Aliya Crawford, Chrisette Michele, and Dr. Melinda Santiago. We also had the chance to witness our home team, Kappa Nu, during their Boule, making for an even more memorable weekend of fellowship and celebrating Black Greek excellence.

We return home with new ideas, stronger relationships, and a renewed commitment to leading with purpose while continuing to uphold our motto of Culture for Service and Service for Humanity

This is my love letter to Cathedral Track & Field.
The last four years have been some of the most meaningful years of my life because of the incredible young men and women who became part of this journey. You changed my life far more than I could have ever changed yours.
The road wasn't always easy, but looking back, I wouldn't change a single thing. Every challenge, every lesson, every victory, and every setback helped create memories I'll carry with me forever.
To every athlete I've had the privilege of coaching: thank you. Thank you for your hard work, your trust, your resilience, and for allowing me to be a small part of your story. I hope you always remember that your dreams are possible and that you are capable of far more than you realize.
The truth is, many of my own dreams came true because of all of you.
I will always be grateful to Cathedral, to this program, and to the people who made these years so special. I love you all dearly.
This isn't goodbye. It's simply, "I'll see you soon." a special thank you to Tim O'rourke for narrating this video incredible and powerful voice. And @dylanstw__ for putting this magical video together.
