Rome wasn’t built in a day. Great things take time, consistency, dedication, hard work and, most importantly, SUPPORT!

I am incredibly lucky to have the unwavering support of my husband, kids, family, friends, coaches and all the amazing people I’ve met along the way. Every single one of you has played a part in my journey, and I’m forever grateful.

NABBA Australia believed in me, and that is something I will never forget.

If I can achieve so much in such a short amount of time, just imagine what’s possible with another year of hard work! 2027, I promise to come back bigger, stronger and better than ever!

Earning my Pro Card doesn’t mean I’m perfect, nor does it mean I’ve reached my full potential. To me, it means the hard work is only just beginning. It’s an opportunity to push myself further, learn from incredible athletes and continue growing.

And just as importantly, I want to encourage and support the next generation of athletes chasing their own big dreams.

A Pro Card isn’t the finish line. It’s the beginning of a whole new chapter. 🏆

🇰🇷🏆 NABBA KOREA – WHAT AN EXPERIENCE! 🏆🇰🇷

Yesterday, I had the incredible opportunity to step onto the international stage in South Korea as a NABBA Professional Sports Model Athlete!

WOW… what an absolutely unforgettable experience!

The show the Koreans put on is truly second to none! From the incredible stage to the world-class production, the atmosphere and attention to detail were absolutely next level!

First and foremost, a massive thank you to my amazing husband ❤️ None of this would be possible without your endless love, support and belief in me. You are my biggest supporter, and I am beyond grateful to have you by my side.

To all my beautiful friends and family who sent messages, wished me luck and cheered me on from near and far, THANK YOU! Your support means more than you know!

And of course, a huge thank you to the incredible people behind the scenes who helped make this possible:

💪 Stan – My amazing PT, for constantly pushing me, believing in me and helping me become a better athlete.

💃 Andrea – For putting together such an incredible routine and helping me bring it to life on stage!

This entire experience has been nothing short of surreal. I came to Korea with absolutely no expectations of placing. My only goals were to learn, soak up every moment, challenge myself and have the most fabulous time doing what I love.

And I achieved every single one of those goals!

To top it all off, I was fortunate enough to walk away with 3RD PLACE on the international professional stage! 🥉🇰🇷

What an honour to stand alongside such incredible athletes!

This experience has only made me hungrier, more determined and more excited for what’s to come.

Benefits of doing the Jefferson squat on smith machine are many.

With a barbell you can't really focus on a good glute stretch as the deeper you go, the more quads you engage to provide the balance. With a smith machine you don't lose balance and can sit back for the stretch and drive forward for the contraction.

You can also add more weight as its more focused on the glutes rather than stability muscles.

Issues faced in most smith machines is depth. Most smith machines cut off too high. But you can stand on a bench to fix that.

Had a great time yesterday getting on-stage and rocking it with some great dudes. But first of all I wanna thank our lord and saviour jesus christ for without his guidance none of this is possible.
Secondly my support network my beautiful family who put up with me everyday and are always there for me no matter what. Having my babies there to watch was a blessing in itself.
And finally my coach stan who has pushed me to be someone I never thought possible with hos patience and guidance I know I can achieve great things 🙏🏼
And Goz my training partner and great mate to push me and always there when I need to rant and he sets things straight.
Thanks to all my lovely friends who messaged support it didn't go unnoticed and I'm blessed to have you in my corner.

Iam a Mumma of 4, 43 Years Old.
I have lost Weight 5 times in My life:
In My 20’s I was around 120kgs.
Then Weight Loss after My 3 Sons and 1 Daughter.
I met Stan @bodybeyond around 15 years ago after having My 2nd Baby, he has helped me ever since with Nutrition, My Hormones, Exercise plans and of course Friendship.
This BEFORE picture was just before I started going to @bodybeyondhc Gym, still holding onto weight after My 4th and youngest Child- I had issues with My Thyroid during Pregnancy.
I have worked at the Gym soon after it first opened so 3 Years +
I have gained so much Knowledge, Confidence and Muscle. 💪
