Progress isn’t measured by how many new training blocks you try, it’s about staying consistent with the one you have. #girlswholift #gym

@melahstudio Launch Party ✨

What a beautiful event to be standing in a room full of women in buisness 🫶🏻

& I won a bloody Dyson air wrap? Like sorry what? 😮

She’s out done herself here, what an incredible space that’s been added to the community ❤️

💜 I got to spend this absolute stunner of a morning with the @bodyco.bytaylahjayne community.

🌸 We battled the Melbourne Spring winds to sit with an intention setting flow to set them up on their upcoming gym journeys.

It was an absolute pleasure to hold space for a group of strong women showing up for themselves 🙌🏽

What I’ve been eating in America 🇺🇸🍕🍝🍪

Plot twist: whatever I want!!!!
Because wellness isn’t eating “perfectly” 24/7.
It’s being able to go on holiday, order the pasta, try the famous cookie, have dessert, eat the damn pizza and make memories without feeling like you need to “make up for it” tomorrow.

Just enjoying my holiday, listening to my body and knowing a couple of weeks of eating differently doesn’t undo the lifestyle I live the other 50 weeks of the year. 🤍

Food freedom > food fear. Always!!!

Skinny might be trending, but I’m not interested🤍

I’d rather be strong.
I’d rather be nourished.
I’d rather have energy.
I’d rather fuel my body properly.
I’d rather support my hormones & reproductive health.
I’d rather enjoy the pasta.
I’d rather build muscle.
I’d rather LIVE.

My goal isn’t to weigh the least I possibly can. It’s to build a body that feels strong, healthy, fuelled and capable of carrying me through the life I want.

Your health isn’t a trend!!!
