Do you want to become a PARTYROBICS FITNESS instructor and launch a class at a gym, dance studio or sports facility near you?

On 27 September, we have an instructor training at Body Expressive Leuven. ❤️

Join us on this beautiful mission of bringing more expression-oriented and feeling-oriented movement into fitness.

PARTYROBICS FITNESS is a disco fitness workout where simple movements are inspired by different dance styles but as simple as aerobics in a clubbing atmosphere. But what makes it really special is our 4 Energy Flows Method, and using charge and release mechanism to change the energy and emotionality the movement.

The idea is that you don't simply follow the choreography. You learn how to change the energy, express yourself and feel the movement, creating the feeling of being on a spontaneous night out in the club, rather than simply doing another fitness class.

It’s fitness, dance, music, energy and expression all together. ❤️

For your visual pleasures, we are sharing today a beautiful choreography created by TENA - our Chair Dance Express and Body Expressive Method Educator and Master Instructor in Croatia, who is also the leader of the Chair Dance Express Instructor Training Centre in Zagreb.

“Earned It” by The Weeknd in her vision is sharp, seductive, asserting itself with power and desire. The most striking is a diversity of steps and how many levels and details this dance has, making it an engaging experiance emotionally and physically. ❤️

Tena represents our Certification Training Center that is hosted by her @glowshow_programi

Although you can take our Instructor Certification Course online from anywhere in the world, keep in mind that if you are anywhere near Croatia and would like to become an instructor, learn our Body Expressive Methodology on chair in a very detailed way, experience it live, express yourself through it with a full heart, and learn not only all the steps but also the energy work, emotional work, and how to teach it effectively, feel free to contact Tena.

One-to-one sessions in Croatian are also available for those of you who prefer this language.

In the meantime we enjoy Tena's creativity at its best 💜

There is so much meaning and symbolism behind this beautiful expression of life by Aya, our Chair Dance Express student. 🤍

When Aya enrolled in the 𝗗𝗘𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 program, she was very clear that her goal was to 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴. That was deeply touching because, in the @bodyexpressivemethod, freedom is our ultimate goal. (The only thing that stands above it is safety.)

To realize that freedom, not confidence, and not even technique, is the true foundation of not just dancing a dance but 𝒍𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒊𝒕, is rare. We often don't know what we're missing until we experience it. The joy of being fully present in movement is one of the greatest experiences both the body and mind can have.

In many dance teaching methods, the focus stops at technique and a beautiful facial expression, which of course are important. But truly living your emotional energy through movement is rarely a priority.

In our concept, every tool, every step, every word, every movement, and every exercise has one purpose: to reduce tension, open the body, and allow something deep within you to come to the surface.

Watching Aya, who describes herself as shy and reserved, commit so fully to this process and use every piece of guidance to set herself free was both inspiring and beautiful. A triumph of a soul wanting to break free, above the aesthetics and spectacularity.

Setting the right goal is what creates the right results. Inner freedom is what gives a sequence of steps a soul, a purpose, and ultimately... a life of its own.

"I really wanted to cry during dancing" - told me @ipekgc 🥹 ❤️ So much release has happened ...today in 𝗠𝗮𝗱𝗿𝗶𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘄𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗹𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗲𝘀 (Thaaank youuu 🌞). I did focus a lot on energy skills. ✨ And "I don't wanna miss a thing" of Aerosmith is just perfect for it. In our 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 - 𝗕𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱, the energy is as real and as important as steps or emotions. A lot of dance students and Instructors are challanged or have not been exposed to how to fully regulate 'explosive' energy, that is with tools (not by chance, but with "technique" ). Orchestrating intensity of your energetical expression with arrowed precision 🏹 , being able to direct it, switch - it is something that gives to dance and emotions, a depth, a dimension. 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗹. 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆. 𝗘𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁. We need it all. We need it equally.

Thank you so much to our Madrid house @recreo__express and their absolutely wonderful participants for an amazing engagement of today. We had a great time. See you next time! 😘

Body Expressive is an ecosystem of various dance and fitness class formats, instructor training programs, creative Dance Visuals, and schools where energy and emotion are at the heart of everything we do.

Within our method, movement becomes an outlet for authentic self-expression. Technique is important, but it cannot exist without a clear understanding of the energy and emotional layer behind every single step, glance, gesture, and breath.

We train and certify instructors worldwide in @chair_dance_express, @partyrobics, and the Body Expressive Method, bringing diversity to sensual movement and blending it with liveliness, authenticity, and emotional expression.

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗮 🇭🇷 by @glowshow_programi - meet our Master Educator TENA:

Tena has accomplished an Educator Certification of the Chair Dance Express, leveling up from the CHDE Instructor Certification. This makes her to be skilled not only in teaching students but also in training and certifying Instructors independently (Croatia are you ready?). That to say, concludes year's of Tena's natural feel for our method's purpose within her own community and creation. As body expression and drive for expansion and growth is something embodied in her soul, and came from within.

Tena is a graduate music pedagogue and certified group fitness instructor with a strong background in various dance styles. She has been dancing since the age of three, developing her skills through a wide range of styles including contemporary dance, Latin and ballroom, majorette, show dance, pole dance, lyrical jazz, heels, and urban and commercial dance.

Her passion for music and movement naturally evolved into a unique teaching approach that she now shares through her work. With over 9 years of experience in education, including 4 years of actively teaching dance, Tena brings both technical knowledge and emotional depth into every class.

She is the founder of Glow Show – a dance community that goes beyond a traditional studio. Glow Show is a space for connection, empowerment, and self-expression, where women come together to support one another and explore movement through different dance programs.

Her style is deeply inspired by music-sensual, expressive, and feminine, with a strong emphasis on authenticity and freedom of expression. In her classes, the focus goes beyond technique; she encourages women to reconnect with their inner energy, embrace their emotions, and truly feel alive through movement.

Tena believes that movement becomes powerful when it comes from within-when it is honest, heartfelt, and fully expressed. This philosophy is at the core of her work and the experience she c

As newly certified Chair Dance Express Instructor that just stated her journey Laura shares a few words for everyone who is thinking about taking the course but is a bit unsure. She is making a great point about ART OF TEACHING. As a teacher you need to translate a feeling of a choreography to your students and create an atmosphere to let them enjoy themselves. It doesn't have to be a complex choreography in terms of steps. It needs to feel, it needs to be connactable, and introduced with a guidance that is accessible both physically and emotionally. You don't have to be the best dancer in a room to be the greatest teacher. Everyone can find audience that will like your style. Simple fitness cardio chair, or exotic, or more advanced. Whatever you do, you study it well and think of passing it the best you can. It's depth not a complexity that matters in Expressive dancing ❤️

💜 BIG HOUSE NEWS! 💜
It is with great pleasure that we announce that Chair Dance Express is opening its second Instructor Educational Centre in Croatia with @glowshow_programi!

Over the years, we have trained more than 400 instructors worldwide across various Body Expressive Method formats, supporting both beginners-aspiring and experienced teachers in developing new skills, capacities, knowledge, and practical experience, while sharing our philosophy of expression, embodiment, and freedom.

Until now, our instructor education has been available through our online certification courses as well as in-person trainings in Belgium and partially in Madrid.

Today, we are proud to welcome Tena as our Chair Dance Express Master Educator. At this moment, she is the only person besides me (Kate 👏) who is capable of independently delivering the complete trainer-to-trainer education in a detailed, in-depth, and comprehensive way.

This means that aspiring Croatian instructors can now take the certification in their native language, and we hope this will allow us to connect with and support more people who resonate with our vision throughout the Balkan region.

There will be many more posts introducing Tena and @glowshow_programi in the coming weeks, but for now, a brief introduction.

Tena completed our education several years ago, but it is her own drive, curiosity, dedication, and commitment to growth that aligned her path so naturally with ours. Long before meeting us, she was already living the essence of the Body Expressive Method. The philosophy reflected who she was and how she approached movement, expression, and people. Her education with us simply amplified, refined, and clarified what was already present.

Tena has already been educating instructors in various fields for years, and after completing over 20 hours of dedicated educator training within our system, she now possesses the skills, knowledge, and experience to become a strong educational pillar of the Body Expressive Method.

Welcome to this new chapter, Croatia. 💜

Tena, thank you for this step. I am excited for you and very grateful for you initiating this step. Here to support you all the way.
