Bodyism is more than a gym, it’s a lifestyle and we love nothing more than bringing together inspiring wellness luminaries and like minded people. Our complimentary member’s events series is designed to do just that.

Last night we hosted another sold out Body Talks event at our Notting Hill club, this time “The Art of Positive Ageing” with the very talented @drvickydondos, interviewed by the equally incredible, @lifesrosie 💫 Thankyou to all who came. We loved learning about the perfect morning and night-time routine, targeted supplementation and ageing confidently.

Comment PSYCHEDELICS if you want an early access booking link to our next talk “Psychedelics and the Future of Mental Health Treatment”. Complimentary for members and £25 for non-members.

Thank you to all the brands who generously contributed to our gift bags for the evening yesterday:

This ish is hard and new for me. Weights, resistance and finding muscles that haven’t been switched on for years. Humble real quick but feeling so good and it’s still just the beginning. Still wish I was in yoga tho 😉

A Sunday morning outing with mommy & daddy at daddy’s favorite cafe @bodyism for his favorite protein pancakes 🥞🫐
I wonder if next time they’ll make a 🐶 friendly version for me cuz they sure looked great.
Hope you all had a lovely weekend. Wondering what’s in store for me in the coming week.

Filmed this sassy mini barre workout last Summer whilst away at OKU Ibiza with @bodyism
Using this literal bar by the pool as my 'barre'

So grab your pilates ball, a cushion or a weight and try it out! Remember anything can be a barre if you are creative enough ✨️😋

10 x Donkey Kicks
20 x Pulses
10 x Clamshells
20 x Squeezes
10 x Oblique Crunch to Arabesque
20 x Pulses
10 second hold to finish!

Repeat on the second side 👌
Then grab yourself a drink 🍸

Love this? Check out my library of on demand Barre classes, with or without equipment, perfect for travelling and workouts abroad 💪

Welcome to my PT session with the incredible @ayodejibam from @bodyism. I'm lucky enough to be doing some sessions here throughout the year and I want to share some tips with you. Today:
💪🏽 Lateral lunges- good for mobility & leg strength
💪🏽 Kettlebell goblet squat - good for developing the squat fundamental movement pattern + developing lower body strength (weight optional)

💪🏽Personal training is a good way to develop and learn new techniques, that you can continue on your own. I'm pretty motivated but someone else always pushes you harder! You can ask partners or kids to help out in that department

Pop any questions & comments down below 👇🏽 and Ayo will jump on to help 💚

Stay fit, keep moving, love yourself
