You train hard. You care about your game. But sometimes one mistake, a tough play, or the pressure to perform can get in your head.

The mental side deserves training, too.

We’re partnering with @bodymindperformance_ and @bmp_coachgeorgia for Elevate Your Game: The toolkit you need to perform at your best, a FREE mental performance workshop at KTLYST.

Athletes will learn practical tools to handle pressure, build confidence, and move forward after mistakes so they can approach competition with greater consistency.

You’re not the only athlete facing these challenges—and you don’t have to figure them out alone.

Parents and coaches are welcome to attend, learn alongside their athletes, and better understand how to support them.

Another summer with BMP ⚽️📸⚽️
I've known Emily and Georgia for a few years now, and getting to photograph their camps for the second summer is something I genuinely love doing. Not just because they're great to work with, but because I really believe in what they're doing with these kids.
I see so many of these players throughout club season, so I see the other side too; the long practices, pressure, tough losses, big wins, expectations and all the grind that comes with competitive soccer.
Which is probably why one of my favorite parts of BMP is watching these kids just have FUN. They're still competing (because of course they are 😂). They're still working and pushing each other. But they're also laughing, being kids and getting to just enjoy playing soccer.
That's what I love about what Emily and Georgia have created. They're developing better soccer players, but they're also building confidence, working on mindset and helping these kids keep that love for the game.
Thank you both for trusting me behind the camera again this summer. I love working with you guys and getting to capture a piece of what you're building!

U15 ECNL-RL lost a tough matchup today vs our in town rivals Sporting Jax 0-1. The girls gave themselves opportunities but just couldn't find the back of the net. Callie got to show her speed playing up front but didn't back down going back to defense.

⚽🏀 BUILT TO PERFORM: A Soccer + Basketball Performance Experience

Soccer and basketball are the focus — but the principles behind this event apply to ALL athletes. If you’re an athlete, parent or coach in any sport, there will be plenty to take away from this experience.

What does it actually take to build an athlete who can perform at a higher level — and keep performing?

On Wednesday, September 2, KTLYST Athlete Lab is opening its doors for a special FREE performance experience for athletes, parents and coaches.

🎟️ Registration is required and tickets are going fast.
👉 Grab your FREE ticket now on Eventbrite or through the link in our Instagram bio.

This isn’t a combine. It isn’t a camp. And it isn’t about putting athletes through a hard workout just to make them tired.

It’s an opportunity to go inside the strategies, systems and science behind high-performance athlete development — and see how those same principles can be applied to youth, high school and college athletes across virtually every sport.

Featuring:

🔹 Steve Fell, PT, DPT, SCS, CSCS, XPS
USMNT Performance Coach + Head of Performance, Sporting Club Jacksonville + Founder PS+R

🔹 Trent Salo, DPT
Founder of The Tendon Lab + Former NBA Vice President of Player Health & Performance

Along with the KTLYST Athlete Lab Performance Team, we’ll dive into:

⚡ Strength
⚡ Speed + Agility
⚡ Power + Explosiveness
⚡ Durability
⚡ Testing + Assessment
⚡ Recovery + Return to Performance

Expect keynote presentations, small-group discussions, facility tours, technology demonstrations, Q&A and practical takeaways that can benefit athletes in any sport.

We had a mini England tour reunion on camp last week 🥹

Most of these players had never met until they travelled to England to take part in our elite player tour back in May.

Last week, Players flew in from as far as New York and Cincinnati to join a 4 day elite player camp in Florida featuring Premier League academy coaches. The commitment to improve from these players is outstanding.

It is the biggest compliment to have players flying across the country to attend. We’re so grateful to everyone who joins our camps but even more so to those that put in the extra miles to attend! Thank you! 🤍
