Super grateful and honored to be a part of @nextup_newyork Fall Learning Event this year. Thank you to everyone who volunteered and made this event a success. Special thanks to @bodyritual.studio and @stowandbehold for being a part of our Community Connection. Amazing job Alaina Hucke @lightcraftstudiousa for introducing the Community Connection to the event this year. Can’t wait to see what next year brings! #powerofconnection #nextupisnow #nextupny2026

1 blue + 1 yellow 💙💛 and a whole lot of control.

This flow builds without needing to overcomplicate things. A strong foundation, intentional transitions and progressions that ask for a little more strength, stability + control as you go. We love layers ☺️

Save for your next reformer flow 🌟

A little snippet of a mat routine I recently taught. There are endless possibilities with the ball!

This video is sped up - go much slower.

This was harder than it looks. You can't see it, but my arms were shaking when I pulled them back and did the hip lifts... phew!

One blue/medium spring

This is your sign to keep going ✨🤍

If you told me a year ago I would be teaching pilates & show me where I am at today in my own practice - I would have laughed.

The journey hasn’t been linear but despite the ups & downs that life has thrown my way I never stopped. So grateful for this life I’ve been given & so blessed everyday to show up for myself and all of you 🖤

1 💙 Spring + a whole lot of control ✨

I love a flow that looks simple but asks for so much from your body. With this flow, you have to create the stability yourself, stay connected through your core and control the carriage through every part of the movement.

A little strength, a little balance, and a lot of intention 🤍

1 blue spring. Save this one for your next reformer flow.
