Here’s a message from their founder, Travis Pioske:

“I started Body Techs because I believe people deserve to feel good in their own bodies. Most of us put that last. Our bodies take care of us and everyone else around us: our families, our jobs, our clients, our community. But recovery always gets pushed to another day. I’ll do it later, maybe tomorrow. This space is our answer to that. It’s somewhere to slow down for an hour (or cryo for just 3 minutes) and leave feeling better than when you walked in.”

Stop by this weekend to tour the new space, meet the team, and take advantage of these opening specials. Congratulations to Body Techs on this exciting new chapter!

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻, 𝘀𝗼 𝗜 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗵 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝘆 𝗽𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲. 😂

I decided to restock a few of my personal essentials that I was either low on or completely out of.

We get comments pretty often about how my wife and I still look young and healthy for our age. Some of that is definitely genetics. But honestly, a lot of it happens 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗰𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀.

People see us out enjoying life. Having a cocktail. Eating a fried chicken sandwich. Doing the same things everybody else is doing. And I get it — it can probably look like we are just lucky.

𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝘀, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗱𝗱 𝘂𝗽.

For us, that means gym sessions 5–6 days a week, prioritizing recovery, and trying to eat mostly whole foods during the week. I will be the first to admit I am not perfect with the food part because I am constantly on the go. But the goal is not perfection. It is building habits you can keep coming back to.

And most importantly, we back each other. We joke around. We laugh. We enjoy life. I honestly think that may be one of the biggest keys to staying youthful. Start taking every little thing too seriously, and it shows.

Take care of yourself. Put in the work. Enjoy the fried chicken sandwich sometimes. Laugh a lot.

𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲. 🤙🏼

Motherhood changes your body in so many ways — and as a mom of 2, I understand how hard it can be to feel confident when dealing with loose skin, loss of elasticity, or stubborn areas after pregnancy and life changes. 🤍

That’s why I love RF skin tightening. RF uses controlled heat energy to stimulate collagen and elastin production deep within the skin to help tighten, firm, and improve overall skin texture over time. It’s one of my favorite non-invasive treatments for moms working toward their body confidence and mommy makeover goals without surgery or downtime. ✨

Whether your goal is tighter skin, smoother texture, contouring, or simply feeling more confident in your own body again, you deserve to invest in yourself too. Motherhood is beautiful — and so is taking care of YOU.

Love to all the amazing moms balancing everything while still trying to pour back into themselves. 💐

It is a big week at Body Techs. We are officially launching two ways to say thank you to the people who take care of us.

First, Happy Nurses Week. All week long, healthcare workers get our core recovery sessions for just $10 each when you buy at least two. That includes Whole Body Cryotherapy, Localized Cryo, Red Light Therapy, and NormaTec compression. These normally retail for $40 to $50 each, so this is up to 80% off retail. We are basically running these at cost this week just to take care of the people who take care of everyone else.

Second, our Mother's Day Mommy Makeover is live. For $179, mom gets a 60 minute Custom Eminence Organic Facial, a Cryo Facial, Red Light Therapy, and NormaTec Leg Compression. It is a $265 value packed into one incredible visit.

Whether you are recovering from a long shift or just need a dedicated hour of self care, we have you covered. Click the link in our bio to book your sessions or grab a gift card.

Who’s calling??!?!

Summer is and it’s heating up, so we took our team-building in the opposite direction !

A little cold, a lot of benefits—cryotherapy to reset and recharge!

• Supporting fat loss by helping you recover faster → train harder + more consistently 🔥
• Better recovery = improved endurance during high-intensity workouts
• Cold exposure may slightly activate metabolism (small effect, not magic) ❄️
• Reduces inflammation + soreness so you can hit legs/glutes again sooner 💪
• Helps decrease fatigue between intense sessions
• Can improve circulation post-session (oxygen + nutrient delivery)
• Boosts mental resilience (those cold minutes hit different 😮‍💨)
• Can help you push longer + stay consistent with your routine

Getting our summer bodies ready! Are you ready?!
