Heavy, dirty, abrasive, and far from polished. 4 bands worth discovering. 4 sounds worth getting buried in.
They are bringing their own kind of weight to Sludge and Doom.

Shirt 218: @bodyvoiddoom !! Love this band. They’re incredible live. @janys_iren_faughn brought this shirt back from their tour for me. I was so stoked to see them on that tour and I’m equally stoked about how tight this 2XL was when I got it and how loose it is now. #AshirtyYear #365shirtsinayear

Hey everyone. We're excited to get back over to the other side for a few shows.
We'll be opening for Stygian Bough @bellwitchdoom for all of these besides the Prepare The Ground fest and the show in Portland, ME, which we'll be playing with @bodyvoiddoom
@40wattsunmusic is playing at some of the Stygian Bough shows, too.

I'll update this with more ticket links as they become available.

May 31 - Prepare The Ground - Toronto ON

June 1 - The Space - Portland ME

June 2 - Piranha Bar - Montreal QC

June 3 - Middle East - Cambridge, MA

June 4 - The Meadows - Brooklyn NY

Come up to the merch booth and say hi. I'm sorry we aren't playing more dates on the east coast. This is all that we could cram in for this year over there.

April 17-18th, 2024. Felt the shock of the new apocalyptic reality dawning upon the world crawling under every experience i had during that trip for Roadburn2024. The extreme intervals between each and every moment spent where i consider to be a personal heaven on earth, and between the very real sights, stories, convoluted history and shattering radical realizations of how broken and cruel the land i come from truly is, truly hell on earth for anyone too unfortunate to be born Palestinian, Lebanese or just non-jewish anywhere near it, that gap was there within every gasp i took.
That year i felt like my heart found a home above the clouds. It was extremely hard to book a flight as of recent aggressions of the iof against iran and i could only book one 12 hrs before departure, so even leaving the cursed ground beneath me made me feel extremely fortunate, extremely over privileged.
Then reaching heaven afterwards with that guilt of being unfairly favored turning to immense gratefulness in tandem, all that was overwhelming enough. Some concerts gave my deepest feelings and thoughts whole new life and meanings. Some just made me feel so unbelievably fortunate, privileged, grateful to be alive. 4 days of Inter Arma sets. I'll leave the rest for later even though there's so much more to be said about how this trip came to be despite most of odds. Worst part is nothing really gets any better besides music. Better cherish it.

18.04.2024 @roadburnfest 2024 Part I: II-III - Sunrise Patriot Motion | IV-V - Body Void | VI-VIII - Inter Arma | IX - clipping.

I listen to my cassettes most often, but here's the vinyl I've been spinning lately.

Sometimes I play physical media that is NOT a cassette. Sometimes it's pretty colored vinyl.

A guttural scream and a band with a definite point of view, Body Void takes a head-first dive into the world of gritty, grimy, sludgy doom metal sound with utter ferocity.
