🍽️ We tried Boeuf & Frites in Temple Bar for lunch! Their lunch deal includes six different main course options, unlimited fries, and vouchers for two scoops of gelato that can be used at any time.

We ordered the Peri Peri Chicken Salad, Prime Irish Steak, and Classic Double Cheeseburger.

🥩 Overall: 8/10
Great value for money, friendly service, and generous portions. The steak was juicy and the fries were really well seasoned! 🍟 #dublinfoodie #dublinfoodguide #exploreireland #fooddeals

Where we bout to eat at? 👀🇮🇪

48 hours in Dublin and obviously eating our way around the city was part of the itinerary.

From bottomless fries to my first ever spice bag, here’s everywhere we ate in Dublin.

📍 @boeufdublin

Went for their express lunch and ordered the 6oz steak, which came with bottomless fries.

And boy did I take advantage of those fries. I obviously had the steak medium rare which was perfectly done, and the steak itself was thick and juicy even thought it was only 6oz. I’m pretty sure the fries were seasoned paprika, but whatever it was, it was DELICIOUS alongside the pepper sauce. This came up to €16.95 and it also comes with a complimentary take-away gelato.

Another day, another fry-up. I genuinely couldn’t tell you how many full breakfasts I had on this trip, but I wasn’t about to break the streak.

This breakfast is available all day, and honestly I didn’t mind black pudding before but l’ve actually taken a real liking to it espesh eating it pretty much every day when we were away.

📍 @drunkenfishdublin

Because apparently we hadn’t eaten enough chicken and fries, we decided to switch things up with Korean food.

I was not expecting the portions to be so big and this was definitely a case of eyes bigger than my stomach.

But the jeyuk (stir fried pork) I ordered so was yummy especially with the extra cheese added on top, and the boneless chicken bites (soy & garlic) were chef’s kiss.

📍 @murphysicecream

Do I care that it was cold outside? Absolutely not. Ice cream is an all-year-round activity.

One thing I loved is that you can mix and match flavours regardless of your tub or cone size. My picks were Dingle Sea Salt and Smoked Salted Caramel. Such a good combination! Also shout out to the worker who let us try as many flavours as we wanted before choosing, he was so lovely!

A neighborhood worth saving is a neighborhood worth supporting. 🇮🇪

Temple Bar could have looked very different. In the 1980s, plans for a huge bus station threatened many of these streets. Local campaigners fought to preserve them.

Today, there’s more to appreciate here than the view. It’s the café opening on a rainy morning, the shop worth stepping inside, the restaurant you tell someone about afterward. Those businesses are part of the story too. ☕🛍️🍽️

From Crow Street to Temple Lane South and down to the Liffey, take your time.

Support a local Temple Bar business today. Stop for a coffee, browse a shop, stay for lunch. Give something back to the neighborhood you’ve come to enjoy. 💚

A neighborhood shouldn’t be judged by its loudest hour. 🪩 Whiskey 🥃

Before the crowds, you can actually hear your footsteps. Notice the buildings. Take your time. Then the streets fill, and the whole place changes character.
🚶🏻
Both versions belong here. But the quieter one deserves a little more attention.

Come early next time. Give the neighborhood a walk before you give the pub a visit.
