March hits different when you are a female led beverage team. It wasn’t that long ago that women weren’t allowed to work behind the bar or even legally sit at one (one historic spot in the city held out till 1970, it only opened its doors as a result of a lawsuit). Thank you to all the women who paved the way for us and thank you to our beverage director, Meaghan Dorman, and our head bartenders Kelsey (pouring a tequila made by a female producer) and Jane. Happy Women’s History Month!
