It’s with great sadness that I tell everyone that the Bogline smoker raffle has been cancelled due to lack of ticket sales. There isn’t even enough sales to cover the smoker let alone turn a profit for the fundraiser. I will be starting sending money back tonight. To everyone that is donated I appreciate the support and look out for a few other ways to donate. 30 days left until my fight!!!!

We start ALL of our fires the old fashioned way. If you can't start a fire properly, then you can't control fire properly. At the end of the day, I don't really consider us cooks or chefs, but fire tenders. All the meat has to do is sit there and maybe be moved around once in a while. The size and build of the fire, the air flow, the flame to coal ratio, and overall momentum, is what matters. I love fire. I always have. Which is probably why I do what I do 🔥🔥🔥 This time lapse is over the course of about 17 minutes. I almost made it to its first collapse, but my phone battery started to swell 😂 See you soon 🔥🔥🔥
