MY 1ST EVER @cyclebar CLASS WAS A DREAM🥺💜 I cannot thank everyone enough for making it out to my first class at 7:30 AMMMM🤯 I truly have been dreaming of this moment for years and to have it come to fruition feels so surreal. Cycling has always been more than a workout to me. It’s the perfect 45 minutes in the dark, with loud music, inspirational instructors and a moment to really just tune out the rest of the world. It’s challenging, it’s inclusive, it’s supportive. The community I’ve built, just as a front desk CBX, are more than members to me. We’re a little family. Everyone comes to Cyclebar for different reasons, but at the end of the day, you’re continuously showing up for yourself and surrounding yourself with likeminded people. Like I said in my class yesterday, growth doesn’t come when you’re comfortable. GROWTH HAPPENS IN THE DISCOMFORT. Riding a little bike that goes nowhere can sometimes be uncomfortable. Showing up for yourself when all you want to do is stay in bed is uncomfortable. Showing up on 2 hours of sleep if you’re like my boyfriend and work until 4 am is uncomfortable 🫣 I’m so excited to become the instructor I’ve always dreamt of! Like yelling inspirational things at you while showing you my music ANDDDD working out?! It’s my 3 favorite things in one 🤪 I SERIOUSLY LOVE YOU GUYS SO MUCH. CYCLE INSTRUCTOR RAVE GOBLIN ERA HAS COMMENCED LETS DO THIS!! 💪🏼
