There is no love quite like the Grandparent love. Through rain or shine, he was my sibling’s and I’s number one supporter and biggest fan. He never missed an opportunity to watch us compete. The indescribable amount of love I felt from his support made my entire world.

The best man I knew.

I’m posting this today as it is both my brother and my Grandpa’s birthday. 23 years we got to celebrate two of the people I love more than anything in the world on the same day. Birthday buddies and best friends!

He taught us all so much about life and I see it everyday in you Brody. I love you so much and so does your buddy up in heaven. He’ll be up there reunited with Grandma, watching his brewers play, and thinking all about you! Happy birthday my brother ♾️

Over the past few days we’ve had the honor of hosting not only our Summer Wrestling League Dual, but also our annual two-day Summer Wrestling Camp featuring special guest coaches and Parkside wrestlers Sully Ramos and Norski alumni Brody Hemauer!!

We’d like to thank all other coaches, staff, parents, and older Norski wrestlers who have been role models through it all, on behalf of Deforest Wrestling for helping our Norskies get better day by day, have a great summer and go Norskies!!
