In our first training session, we spotted a key areas for improvement, trunk rotation and postural boxing execution.
Without proper rotational power and posture, you lose punch velocity and compromise your balance on defense. Today’s session was all about building that foundation from the ground up:
🔥 Rotational Med Ball Throws Unlocking hip-to-core kinetic chain power for explosive hooks.
⚡ Dynamic Heavy Bag Rotations Maintaining posture and balance while punching on the move.
🛡️ Prone Upper Back Extensions Strengthening the posterior chain to fix shoulder slouch and hold a solid guard.
We’re putting in the work to refine every single movement. Follow the series to watch the evolution! 📈🔥

Once you shift from surviving pressure to utilizing it, you become completely unstoppable.
At that frequency, there is nothing in this world you cannot achieve—because you stop waiting for permission and start dictating your own trajectory.
The Average: Looks for comfort and an easy way out.
The Apex: Looks for the pressure and demands the upgrade.
We don’t build standard gym-goers here. We re-engineer your mind and body to operate at an elite level, inside and outside the ring.
Are you ready to leave the shallow end behind?

@bragaopenboxing already feels like a lifetime ago.
Our team have had a short break and now the work starts for a busy domestic season. Championships, home shows, box cups. Roll on stepping through those ropes again 🥊

What an incredible experience taking part in @bragaopenboxing alongside a team of top fighters and coaches! 🇵🇹🥊

I’m so proud of everyone at @rathboneabc. Every boxer really locked in and levelled up in the build-up to this tournament, and it showed. Well done to you all 👏❤️

From start to finish, it was an amazing experience, and I’m over the moon with how every fighter performed.

Braga was a beautiful city with friendly people, amazing food, and plenty of pastel de nata 😋

Hopefully we’ll be back to do it all again next year! 👌🇵🇹🥊

The smile says it all 🥊❤️
Claudie returns from @bragaopenboxing with a silver medal in the elite category. In the final she was up against a former European Champion and Olympian with almost a hundred bouts. A tough gig for anyone let alone Claudie who has only just moved into the elite category. As you can tell by the photo she loved every second! Well done Claudie, most would shy away from such a challenge.
