Who is joining me tonight?
Here are a few reasons why you should: Dancing can help decrease stress and anxiety, increase self-esteem, improve cardiovascular function, help you build core strength, flexibility, weight loss…

See you tonight at 7??

To belong to a chosen family that consists of powerful Fa’afafine, Fakaleitī, Whakawāhine and Fafalinas means I have the privilege, as a CIS bi teine, to experience such divine pasifika femininity and excellence. Competing in ballroom is just one layer of this beautiful sisterhood. It is a loving place where we thrive, kata, and express our indigenous creativity - & that’s on HOUSE OF SISTRAHS!! (the best aiuli & support system) Happy Trans Awareness Week!! Love the Taupou of the house, Sistrah Susu x
