I’ve always thought joy and community are verbs! Which means that they are actions rather than abstract thoughts. At Play Day, I hosted a flea market and activity stalls for people who crave community. Together, we laughed, ate, played, created, chatted and what not! It was such a fun time that we were all not able to get enough of it.

As a therapist, I often see play as healing. So naturally, isolation is dangerous and the value of community is amazing. The vibes? The artists? Goated. The laughter was loud. The love and support? So good. Nothing can top this day.
