There’s a version of Las Vegas most people never see.
& funny enough, we found this special space by accident.

Less than four weeks before A&Z wedding, we learned that the couple’s original venue sat directly within a key zone of the inaugural Las Vegas Formula 1 race. With road closures, construction, & logistical challenges quickly taking shape, it became clear that we needed a new plan.

Fast.

So we pivoted.

What started as a last-minute venue search turned into one of those rare moments where Plan B becomes even better than Plan A.

We discovered a rooftop venue overlooking the Strip, with panoramic skyline views, an unforgettable sunset, & a backdrop that felt distinctly Las Vegas without feeling cliché. The kind of view most visitors never know exists!

Once we found the space, we leaned into the city instead of fighting it.

Dice-shaped candles tucked between florals. A “Lucky Us to Dine With You” place card inspired by a playing card suit. A king and queen pulled straight from a deck of cards and transformed into custom cake toppers that looked exactly like the couple. All the fun Vegas flairs that we love to see!

They traded east coast living for a weekend in the desert, welcoming guests from Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, and DC for a celebration that could only have happened here.

We love our east coasters that want a little more than the traditional day!

For BravoCon Las Vegas, Steadfast Displays teamed up with @boilerroomcreative to bring Club Magenta to life, a fully custom-fabricated outdoor experience built to stand out on The Strip. From the oversized architectural frames to the shimmering sequin walls, lounge builds, and DJ booth, every detail was engineered and fabricated to deliver that unmistakable T-Mobile vibe.

This one blended design, fabrication, and experiential storytelling into one massive activation, and we couldn’t be more proud of how it transformed the space.

Keep swiping to be mind blown and entertained 🤯
I have to start with a HUGE shoutout and thank you to every single person who contributed to this project. From accounts, to design, to execution (too many to name, yall know who you are). This was a FUN one and we couldn’t have pulled it off without the team. @biggs_construction_ You went above and beyond with everything. Tile, bar build, fabrication installation, leadership, troubleshooting, furniture set up, 100 glass balls on a Chandler 😂 the list goes on and on 🔨 @colorsco x @stickerz huge shoutout to you for all my graphic/vinyl/decal needs. They also created the gorgeous custom pillows you’ll see in the space. And @colorsco even painted the ceiling for me ❤️ Once they saw I needed assistance getting furniture set up and getting the space show ready, they jumped right in to assist. Frank, thank you for the all gold everything paint job 🎨 AND last, but surely not least, thank you @boilerroomcreative for our beautiful Patron arch wall, LED shelves, and arch shelves you’ll see hanging on the walls.
@corsomg thank you for the opportunity and bringing this to life. The greatest in the game ✅🫡🦺

Coachella + Stagecoach ‘25 complete. Can I interest you in a personality held together by caffeine and a 4” zip-tie? Shoutout to the best crew a bun could ever ask for.

I want to take a moment to thank @ritamanoukian for being such an incredible partner in making all the magic happen. Also, to @boilerroomcreative for giving me the space to grow, learn, and push myself creatively. I’m so grateful to be part of a team that constantly inspires and challenges me.

Coachella offers each of the show’s headliners a dedicated merchandise tent where the artist can choose to have their team design and build an immersive, unique merchandise experience that we then operate on the artist’s behalf.

With that, we’ve made longstanding connections with companies like Unboxed Group and Boiler Room Creative. Our company works in tandem with the artist’s management and their respective experiential vendor to execute some of the most complex live event retail operations in the industry.

Check out the headliner tents we’re helping operate for Lady Gaga, Green Day, Post Malone, Travis Scott, The Misfits and Keinemusik!
