Behind the counter @bokitla with Nico 🇬🇵

He’s bringing Guadeloupe’s favourite street food to London: the bokit. It’s fried bread stuffed with chicken, saltfish or aubergine filling, with spice that goes from mild to very, very hot.

For Nico, @blackeatsfest is about sharing a culture many people haven’t discovered yet.

First time? Go for the beef bokit, the newest addition to the menu 🔥

Me and the team headed down to Hackney Bridge yesterday for @blackeatsfest to get some inspiration and gain insight into how other street food vendors trade. 👀🔥

It was a great day out and a different experience for us. Good food, good vibes and plenty to take away and learn from! 🙌🏾

Big up all the food vendors doing their thing! 💯👏🏾 The hard work, creativity and hustle that goes into it doesn’t go unnoticed.

Definitely recommend @blackeatsfest to anyone who hasn’t been before — you’ll be seeing me again! 😎🔥
