🎉 GIVEAWAY and Meet the Owner: Chris Gannon, Founder and CEO of Bolay

It all started with a love for bringing people together over a great meal. Chris opened the doors of the first Bolay in Palm Beach County in 2016, and Bolay has since grown into a community favorite across Florida. Here, you can get creative with Bols filled with items like sweet potato noodles, roasted balsamic mushrooms, lemon chicken, and house-made sauces—all 100% gluten-free. What did you want to be when you grew up?

“For me, it started as a young kid watching my mother entertain our friends and family over great meals. I saw early on how food could bring people together and create memories that lasted.

Then I had the opportunity to watch my father develop and grow Outback Steakhouse and see firsthand how building a restaurant concept could impact not only guests, but the lives and careers of the people who became part of it.

Between both of my parents, I think hospitality was always in my blood. I grew up with a love and passion for entertaining others, bringing people together, and creating experiences that genuinely make people happier.”

Chris shares, “Watching young men and women join our mission, grow and learn, and become great leaders is one of my life’s greatest joys.”
