Both teams that battled it out in the AFA Desert Classic Championship Game train at Train Better. 💪🥎

That’s not luck. That’s what happens when athletes consistently show up, put in the work, and train with purpose.

We’re proud to watch these athletes grow stronger, move better, and compete with confidence every time they step on the field.

Something is working. 👊

If you’re looking to help your athlete gain strength, speed, power, and confidence, now is the time to start.

No shortcuts. No excuses. Just WORK. 🔥🥎

Lynessa “Bolt” Moore has been absolutely on FIRE lately — home run after home run, balls flying to the fence, and confidence showing every single game.

But what people don’t always see is the work behind it.

Showing up to Train Better AFTER games.
Taking recovery seriously.
Putting in the extra reps.
Staying disciplined in the classroom AND in training.

Her InBody results keep improving because her consistency never changes.

This is what happens when talent meets work ethic. 💪⚡️

Proud of you, Ness.
The best is still ahead. 👏

Showing up matters 🤝🔥

Our Train Better coach Natalie, came out to support some of our Firestorm athletes today, and this is exactly what we’re about. It’s more than training—it’s family, it’s community, it’s having people in your corner on and off the field.

We love supporting our athletes every step of the way ❤️💪🏽 #TrainBetter #FirestormStrong #AthleteSupport #BuiltDifferent

Thankful for Firestorm.
I am incredibly thankful for the coaches who took a chance and believed in me for as long as they have, pushing me and guiding me. For recognizing when I am not at my best, and reminding me that I am still great.
I am unbelievably thankful for my teammates that have come and gone, you guys have been such an important part of my journey. I love you guys so much!
