I’m here. I made it. 🇯🇲 I’ve officially joined the Elite Jamaica Netball League, playing for St Catherine Racers, the very parish my family originated from. This is more than just sport… it’s legacy. 💛💚🖤 This opportunity came up fast and honestly, I was scared. Out of my comfort zone, unsure how I’d make it work, but I said yes. Because sometimes, the best things happen when you take a deep breath and go for it. I’m proud, overwhelmed, and full of gratitude. Thank you to my friends and family that helped make it happen. You know who you are. A massive thank you to ECC Electric Car Chargers UK for sponsoring me and helping make this dream a reality. Your support means the world. Please follow the journey, this one’s for every girl who dares to dream big. 🖤 #StCatherineRacers #EliteJamaicaNetballLeague #JamaicaNetball #LegacyInMotion #WomenInSport #DreamBig #OutOfMyComfortZone #ThisIsNetball #JamaicanHeritage #NetballFamily #SportingJourney #NetballLife #EliteAthlete #NetballInTheCaribbean #RootsAndWings #sponsorship

Not sure how they managed to pull off such a neat photo despite being worked to the ground! 😊 We've got a great bunch of regular participants to our Boxercise sessions who are committed each week, to improve their physical health and fitness. No matter what your current level of fitness is, this programme is a great place to kick start a regime. No need to wait until next year, we still have 2 sessions left before the festive break. Why not come and give it a try!

Transformation Tuesday 🤩🤩 BIG CHOP!!! CURLS ARE POPPING🤗🤗 . . Clients testimony. Reposted from @legsofsteel My transition from relaxed hair to natural hair. From a young age I had curly perm and then from age 15, I had my first relaxer. Age 40 I decided to make the transition and 1 year on...here I am 😊 Am I happy with the result!!! YES...I love it 😍 Don’t get me wrong though the transition wasn’t easy and I was tempted to get the creamy crack 😂 (aka relaxer) back but I persevered!! I now need time, patience & love for the growth of my new natural hair 🤗#excitingtimes . . . I actually cannot believe my natural curl. I was ready to just rock an afro but my hairdresser Marcia @devinestudio.mf DID HER TING!!!!!! Thank you so much for the guidance . . . #transitioninghair #naturaltransition #naturalshorthairstyles #natural #blackhair #blackhairstyles #melanin #curls #coils #definedcurls #time #patience #perseverance #mymane #luvyourmane #naturalsista #myhairrocks #naturalhair #shorthair #washandgo #thejourneycontines#DeVineHairStudio Reposted from @legsofsteel
