Celebrating my birthday by moving this body that’s been with me, rocked with me, grown life in me and danced with me for ✨34✨ years. Feeling SO thankful:
For family, new + beautiful friends and the BEST daughter in the world. Oh and my husband making the best low carb icecream cake ever. 🥹🫶😩✨

READY for the doors to keep opening + dreams I thought were behind me to keep hitting me in the face and showing me IM STILL HERE and they’re still possible. 😩✨

Thank you for making me feel like “I still got ittt” on my birthday, @bombshelldancepro @anagallodance ✨ and you bettaaaa with this choreo @rachel_hayes03 🫶🫶🫶 love you hotties!

Sometimes it’s in a studio with a room full of women. Sometimes it’s in my kitchen with a baby in my arms.

Either way, I know how much better I feel when I make room to dance. Even for a few minutes. 🤍

@tatyanaali said this so beautifully.

MamaCon ANNOUNCEMENT NUMBER 2! WE GOT LAUREN MICHELLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Aka @laurenmich.elle of @bombshelldancepro !!!!

I am always so impressed by this beautiful woman, but over the last year, watching her become a mother again, I’m truly gobsmacked by her beauty inside and out.

She’s so sweet that she came all the way from Florida to California just to dance with us.

Lauren, you are the EXACT type of mama and bombshell woman I created MamaCon for. Thank you for forever loving on me. I can’t wait to virtually squeeze and see you!!

Get your VIRTUAL TICKET to see and dance with her in my bio!
