Lift & Glow 🤍

My heart is so full after yesterday.

15 beautiful humans came together to move, laugh, sip mimosas, and support this dream.

Thank you @shishiaesthetics for hosting !!!

Thank you to everyone who showed up for the very first Wild & Well event.

I’m already dreaming about the next one ✨

Jamaica, you changed us. 🇯🇲✨

The most perfect trip with the most perfect people—a total life-shifting reset for all of us. 🌊🌞 From the moment we landed, it was pure magic.

We celebrated three incredible souls:
🎉 Jocasta’s 40th – our queen of gummy bear philosophy, always seeing the best in us all.
🎉 Greg – the ultimate people person, seamlessly vibing with anyone, anywhere. It’s a gift to witness.
🎉 David – whose care and attention to each of us is a gift beyond words. Presence, wisdom, knowledge, turmeric.

The group dynamic was perfect and unmatched. So grateful for each and everyone person who I got to experience this with. Truly transformative. Jamaica completely stole our hearts.

Highlights that will live in us forever:
🐎 Horseback riding through the ocean.
🎧 Our security guard surprising us with the best DJ set.
🍽️ Authentic meals made with love everyday.
🌊 Cuddle puddles in the ocean, snorkeling, water Mon.
💫 Sharing circles that cracked us open and brought us closer.

And the staff at our villa—welcomed us in and gave us an authentic experience we will always cherish. 🙏 This was more than a trip. We’ll be back. 💛 #Jamaica #Unforgettable #Paradise #PureMagic

Well here it is! 2024 Year end post! Probably one of the craziest years of my life so far. Found a whole other side of my identity this year, couldn't be more grateful!
