Envelope Muse remix compilation 'Mis-Conception-S (ReWorked 2008-2023)' released August 14, 2024 (ON076)

11 remixes of @envelopemuse covering dark and light ambient, industrial, noise, experimental, psychedelic, drone soundscapes and rhythmical electronic music.

I've already raved about Envelope Muse plentifully in the past, having the pleasure of releasing 'It Will All Be Over Soon' back in May 2022, so it is an honour to be involved in this excellent remix album project, alongside a host of artists I admire and enjoy.

Every track tips its hat of respect to the original, but brings something new to the journey. I hope you will take some time to immerse fully.

1. The Owl - Ascend In Thirds And Sixteenths 05:29
2. Dunkelselbst - Ratcheted / Until The Lights Go Out 04:42
3. Ultra - Ascension In Thirds Part I 04:59
4. Nightswimmer - Derivitive Of One 05:34
5. Morbid Beauty - Monochromatic Bloodstains 04:20
6. Sanctuary State - Orenda 04:09
7. Boneve - Welcome To The Still 02:31
8. Mike Benoit - Cribs & Moping Beasts 02:40
9. Swamp Rabbit - Orphic 04:48
10. Dollgarm - Wake 05:33
11. Niacinamide - Burn Us To The Ground 07:37

@dunkelselbst @das_ultra
@morbidbeautynoise
@harmsignalsnoise @boneve_official
@swamp_rabbit_ritual @dollgarm @niacinamide.bandcamp

(I was tempted to make clips for all the tracks, but, that's a dangerous trend to start for compilations! Just go check it out!).

The album is on Owlripper Recordings and Envelope Muse Bandcamps and the Owlripper YouTube channel.

A truly excellent Envelope Muse discography awaits.

Here It Comes!!! After a year of delay and EM hiatus finally the new @envelopemuse Remix Album will be released on Monday the 12 August 2024 via @redmonedrecords and @owlripperrecordings. on BandCamp and eventually all other streaming services. It’s been a huge undertaking due to life just taking the turns it needs to, but finally, we are here. Colin Reeves 🪦 On the 24th of February we will Release “ Count Col Guitarra “ A one and a half minute posthumous production of a new project only just started with our masterful guitarist, bassist, teacher and professional session musician Colin Reeves, who past away too soon and unexpectedly last month.
It is unfinished, but so is basically every life and it’s a reminder to be thankful for what we have.
We at Redmond Records, the music community of Denmark WA and off course his family are still reeling from the sudden loss and the reality that this was it. A master of interpretation, a patient teacher, a warm, and kind hearted man, dedicated to his art, and a loving father, it’s a big loss.
