Thoughts. Feelings. Actions. - in this order.
Nothing can get left behind.
We need to release our victim mentality, and take control of our own future and destiny. Let’s walk in the direction of what we want. Let’s govern our thoughts and as a result, our lives. Our time is NOW. It all starts with self. It all starts with LOVE. #AfricaYourTimeIsNow 🌍

So since most of you have been asking about the salad dressing I made or usually make and have asked for the recipe...here it is below as promised. It is a very healthy option perfect for those watching their weight and very tasty.

You going to need the following ingredients:
▪️A handful of fresh Basil Leaves🌿 ▪️2 Fresh garlic cloves ▪️1 Fresh Lemon/lime Juice 🍋 ▪️1 Tablespoon of extra Virgin Olive Oil▪️4 Tablespoons of Plain Greek Yogurt ▪️1 Ripe Avocado 🥑 ▪️Cold Water 💦 ▪️Pinch of Black Pepper
1. First make sure that all the ingredients that need to be washed are washed, those that need to be peeled are peeled.
2. Add all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
3. Then add water until you’re happy with the consistency and serve. 😋😋 Simple and easy right? 💁🏽 The dressing should last at least 4 days refrigerated in an airtight container with the color retained due to the lemon juice added.
Enjoy 😉

#spoileralert Don’t swipe if you have not watched.
Sooo I saw Avengers Infinity War last night 😖
I must say that the post credits scene with Nick Fury (Samuel L Jackson) already makes me want to see the next movie. From what I saw in that small scene it looks like Captain Marvel (Love HER) is being called to help out. I don’t know if this scene pertains to the new Captain Marvel movie coming out in 2019 or if it pertains to the still untitled Infinity War sequel. All I know is I’ll be there with my popcorn 🍿 and an ice cold beverage.
