WHITBY GATHERS! ☀

[[*Correction: Turtles on MONDAY 17th August]]

This year marks 20 years since my dad, Fif Robinson, passed away. His events were always a love letter to Whitby, and so in his memory, and in the spirit of his love for the town - this is my own love letter. What started as a little seedling has slowly (or quite quickly) become a thing of its own.

Thank you to @acegrams for making this possible! And thank you to all the friends, family, local residents, art makers and creatives who have taken the time to chat with me over the last few months; advising on what would be a best fit for this free summer arts programme, and helping me to shape it into THIS.

8 venues across Whitby and the surrounding villages. A range of arts activities that span song, crafts, creative writing, circus, and sculpture.

Want to sew a little bee?
Want to sculpt turtles on the beach?
Want to sing Southern African songs?
Want to test out your hulahooping - or writing - or weaving skills?

It's all here.

Whitby friends (and friends who fancy a reason to visit the North East coast!), please spread the word: share, tag, comment, post into local groups etc. Book the events that you feel called to join via https://buytickets.at/whitbygathers Everything is free (apart from the final showcase with an evening performance from Suntou Susso £5.50 - £15)

Looking forward to moving and making, digging and singing. Hurrah, and see you there!
