✨⚖️To be born beneath the scales⚖️✨

Had an absolutely magical time at The Celestial Affair by @liferebound_events seeing so many beautiful looks, and getting to explore the planetarium and museum after hours. From getting to catch up with so many people, portraits with @danionceuponaphoto , tarot readings & silly videos with @just.great.reads and dancing the night away, the evening was in perfect balance🌟

“‘This is Velaris,’ I explained. ‘The City of Starlight.’

His throat bobbed. ‘And you are High Lady of the Night Court’

‘Indeed she is.’”
~A Court of Wings and Ruin by Sarah J. Maas

This was a trip of a lifetime. I’ve made so many new friends, saw places I’ve dreamt of seeing, did things I never thought I would. All in all week. I went on this trip over a month ago and finally got around to posting about it but a day hasn’t gone by that I haven’t thought about this trip, especially the people I traveled with. I miss you all so so much and I can’t wait to travel with you again 💕

If you ever find yourself on a trip to Switzerland with a groups of 15 women (+2 tag-along boyfriends) who you have never met, several things may happen…
.
You may find yourself at a medieval castle, the likes of which seem rather similar to the Summer Court. There will be no talk of a certain Book of Breathings…
.
You might ride on cable cars to reach a peak and Climb the Mountain with your very own group of Valkyries!
.
A surprise chocolate making lesson may find its way onto your itinerary, make sure to take advantage, and stop and smell the… chocolates.
.
You may find yourself wandering through Zermatt, ehem, Velaris, where you climb way too many stairs. At the top of these stairs you may see a city sparkling below with a mountain in the background. You finally made it to The City of Starlight!
.
On this mountain lookout you just might create the most special memories with your new Found Family. Giggling about Bat Boys and getting dressed in the dark.
.
After a peak at the Matterhorn, ehem, Ramiel, maybe you wander the city and stop at Rita’s for a celebratory drink. You’ll need it after all of those stairs!
.
Whether you are scared of heights or not, Switzerland is home to many suspension bridges… I’d suggest holding on tight when it’s windy!
.
You may see views that take your breath away and will see magical places you have only read about in books. Maybe a specific one…
.
If you are lucky, you may get to visit the Spring and Winter Courts! Don’t forget your allergy pills and warm shoes!
.
There will most likely be many naps on trains or busses, don’t worry, your Inner Circle will wake you up, just after a couple pictures for the memories.
.
Lastly, and possibly the most important thing that will happen to you on this trip, is you will find connections and make memories with this group of people you could only dream of. They will become your very own Inner Circle, they will make you laugh, and a couple of them might even carry you through the streets of Velaris after some slippery stairs tried to take you out. You will make memories to last a lifetime, I know I have.
