AS PREDICTED I was NOT GREAT at taking photos during tour so some of these are from YOU and i am so grateful.

i can hardly believe the week i had on my first tour—the love you all showed to me, the support so many friends and colleagues offered throughout the week, the time Mr C said, after an event, “wow! you have so much personality!”, the kindness and warmth i encountered everywhere.

thank you especially to @nikkipaynebooks (a hilarious goddess), @authormaggiegates (the sweetest, with brilliant brainstorming ideas), @bookishyani (IN PARISIAN COSTUME!), and my love @sarahmaclean (who never lets me sell myself short). i loved talking to all of you so much and am so grateful for the attention you showed to layla & griff 🩷. I can’t believe i got to sit in such beautiful spaces, run by such warm and wonderful people— @eastcitybookshop, @thecarolinainn, @lovestruckbooksandcafe, @therippedbodice— to talk about TPM. what a dream.

Honeysuckle Tour roundup

It’s somehow been almost three weeks since Honeysuckle was published, and two weeks since I came back from tour (the one where I forgot to take a single photo of the actual events). And I just need to say - thank you so much to everyone who came, to the amazing bookstores that hosted me, and to my wonderful conversation partners (who somehow made me forget that talking about my book in front of a crowd is kind of scary). You made Honeysuckle’s pub week utterly magical.

it’s a first in my career: i’m going on a (petit) tour for THE PARIS MATCH! 🩷✈️🇫🇷

i know this tour’s geography is a bit narrow and i’ll be missing many of you…but i am so thrilled i am able to take even this amount of time away from my other work to do something i’ve dreamed of as an author for a long time, and with such an AMAZING crew of people who i cannot WAIT to be in conversation with. i so hope i will be seeing and hugging and signing for so many of you in April—details are on my site/at the link in my bio!
