24 hours later...the chia didn't absorb the way I imagined: it was crunchy chia + wine. 🍷 i learned a lot. I have another idea, it's marinating over the weekend.

Ok...I've actually had these at a bar before, but excited to try it myself. PICKLED EGGS 🥚 🥒 🥚 🥒

Verdict, the eggs have a lot stronger outer membrane, they need to sit in the brine for much longer, but by Day 4 they were starting to get reeeal tasty. Also side quest: hummus deviled eggs? 🤷‍♀️ 😭❤️😘😮‍💨😮‍💨🤌🤌

🚨 SERIES WILL END WHEN WE FIND A BETTER BURGER THAN IN-N-OUT 🚨

Is there a burger on the market better than @innout?! We stopped by @staytunedburgers inside a dive bar in Las Vegas to find out. Many call this burger one of the best cheeseburgers in town, and damn, it was close. The tots were also special, and the experience of eating inside @hardhatloungelv makes it that much more memorable...but was it better than In-N-Out?!
