I’ve been performing professionally for over 10 years. IF I could go back and start all over, this is what I personally would do:

1. Cultivate my personal style more via watching myself, learning and experimenting.

2. Create healthy, daily habits and rituals for grounding and physical recovery.

3. Learn more styles of dance and circus arts immediately.

4. Become business minded.

5. Tell myself I’m worthy of my dreams - Every. Damn. Day.

6. Seek Mentorship.

If you’re a performing artist looking for a mentor to be in your corner, I just might be the right fit for you.

Are you yearning to understand the skillsets, mindsets and tools to further your professional career? Are you striving to develop your artistry on a deeper level? I’d love to be that source of support for you. Join my Artist Mentorship program, a 6 month program designed to support you into these next stages for your goals.

If you’re ready to level up and diversify your performance, comment ‘Level Up’ or message me directly!

Photos taken from some of my very first festival and event gigs between 2016 and 2018, that first one being my very first festival (Paradiso - 2016). I’m incredibly grateful for these experiences, specifically with USC and @insomniacentertainers / @mseasy , which taught me so much about teamwork, professionalism, stamina and execution.

This is beyond special to me. I’m doing this for the kid on the last slide... I feel more in tune with my creative side than ever before. And the sets I am building reflect that. I finally feel like everything is clicking how I’ve always envisioned and I am ready to go absolutely crazy sharing it all with the world...🙏🙏🙏

San Juan was so good to us. Anchored in the middle of the city, so it was such a different vibe then we've been experiencing! 🌇 We got ourselves some scooters, so we could have transportation on land. We toured the Castles, Old San Juan, and rode around the city 10x. We stocked up the boat with essentials like new solar charged batteries, captain seats, and a generator and also got Harry, our cat, a backpack so he could scooter and see the sights with us. What a lovely stop on this journey. 🛴🏰

When we were leaving the virgin islands we were told by multiple people to stop in Culebra and damn, it did not disappoint! 😍🌅 We spent a couple nights in the most beautiful bay. From there we hiked to Flamenco Beach and saw the abandoned WW2 tanks (and crowds of people for the first time in awhile!) We finally went snorkeling! 🐠Which was Tyler's first real time. SO FUN, and we just had to dive off our boat to swim with stingrays! Turtle sightings are up to 5 but they come and go so quick, we've just been savoring those moments for now.

Just like that we wrapped up our first month living on our sailboat, Cosmo. BVI was incredible to us. Our first home away from home and we will truly never forget it. From the incredible friends we have made, to the beautiful sites, and learning how to sail. Thank you Tortola. 🥲 We will see you again some day. 🌊

We're working on our first YouTube episode now. Stay tuned 🎥

We're getting a hang of this sailing thing ⛵ We saw our first sunset and sunrise in the open ocean with our first night passage being 20 hours. We found a tucked away cove and got our first anchor time. Leo finally sent it off the boat and we got our first good swim in⚓️ Still waiting on our new sail and safety equipment before we depart on our grand adventure.

Goodbye to Anegada III. Hello to Cosmo ⛵️
We officially changed the name of our boat. Erasing the old name from Poseidon’s ledger by sinking its name in the sea. Removing all traces of the old name, and presenting a new name to the sea gods, offering champagne, and appeasing the four wind gods. May the winds forever be in our favor 🌊

20-30kn of wind all day!! 💨 Some killer conditions for our first lesson with the incredible @bvi_sailing_coach

Shout out to our teacher Dutch for the beautiful and very educational day on the water. Highly recommend if you are in the BVI and looking to sharpen your skills!

Two reefs in, jib half out, and we were crusin' ⛵️
