October 31- marked the last day of breast cancer awareness month,⁣ but just because October is over doesn’t mean that we can not continue the mission.

*Vie Beauty’s pink aesthetic = breast cancer awareness to pay homage to my grandmother who lost her battle to breast cancer💗⁣ we wear pink to celebrate our angels and survivors.
⁣
“As early as age 9, I was ironically experiencing what would eventually spark my desire to obtain my bachelor’s in biological science. I was taking care of my paternal grandmother with my cousin who was fighting breast cancer. I was changing her urine bags, rubbing ointment on her skin, and ensuring she took her medication. I wanted to provide her with as much comfort as I possibly could, all until her last days.” Jasmine interview with @baucemag ⁣

It was a full circle moment. I was given the privilege to host the @chargeupcampaign Survivors Con Virtual Experience. My heart is so full from learning and speaking to so all of the women and men that spoke life into every attendee. One thing that I took away was “speak positively to yourself” and “live life full” ⁣
