Last year, my friend @joladeo released Jabez Incarnate—a poetry pamphlet exploring identity, faith, memory and belonging. That journey became the foundation for Full Light. What began there has since grown into something more, and now it’s ready to be shared. More soon. #JabezIncarnate #Poetry #SpokenWord #VisualStorytelling #CreativeJourney

BopFunkSoul. Recordings Another moment from the archives. During the pandemic, I started a weekly series called “Flo’s Soundtrack Sundays” as a way to stay creative and explore storytelling through music. This session was inspired by one of my favourite shows, Martin. Looking back, these moments played a big part in developing my interest in sync. Shot back in 2021. #BopFunkSoul #MusicProducer #SyncMusic #BehindTheScenes #CreativeProcess
