The power of progression - everything always comes back to technique.
Knees too far forward - you don’t pre load the bike into a jump face and the front end goes down the pretty quick and you absorb the landing through your upper body by falling into the bike.
Subsequently the same when you lean too far back - the front end goes up and you land on the back wheel and the same thing when the front end comes down you collapse into the bike.

Staying neutral on the bike - pre loading the suspension and relaxing in the air allow you to land both wheels at the same time absorbing the landing through your suspension instead of your body.
