We thought we were making cat edits… 🐱✂️ Remember the days of cutting out cat heads, squeezing them into borrowed bodies, dressing them in ridiculous costumes, and spending hours making one edit "just right"? 😂 It started with Ringhunt, monthly editing challenges, and a whole lot of creativity, laughter, and wonderfully questionable masterpieces. But somewhere between the edits, the inside jokes, the birthday wishes, the new pawprints, and the messages checking in on one another, something else happened. ❤️ Strangers from different corners of the world became friends. The cats brought us together, but the friendships gave us a reason to stay. Four years of memories. Countless hours creating stories for our cats. Different time zones, changing tools, and a community that became part of our lives. This one is for our furriends who were there in those early days — when our edits were a little rough around the edges, but our hearts were all in. 🥹🐾 Thank you for all those ordinary evenings, for the years we didn't plan, and for the memories we made along the way. We thought we were making cat edits… somehow made a home for friends. ❤️ Now, let's play a little guessing game! 👀 Can you recognize the Meowmies and their feline partners in our 2D animated group portrait? 😹 Some pairs might be easier to spot than others… and yes, there are too many friends to fit everyone in! But you know who you are. ❤️ Thank you for being part of this journey. 🐾 Drop your guesses in the comments! 👇 --- #throwback #ringofpower10kpawty #pntswedits #CatFriends #catcommunity

🇺🇸 **Salvi & the Chaos Crew Travels the World** ✈️🐾 Our next adventure brought us to the charming town of Medford, New Jersey, where our wonderful friends Bourbon, Willow, and Cruzer welcomed us with open paws. From strolling through historic streets and learning how flour begins at Kirby's Mill, to picking juicy Jersey blueberries, exploring the peaceful Pine Barrens, and meeting fellow rescue animals, every stop reminded us that the heart of a place isn't just its landmarks... ...it's the people (and pets!) who call it home. 😻 Thank you, Bourbon, Willow, and Cruzer, for sharing your hometown with us and for reminding us that every town has its own stories. Some are written in history books... others are written by the families, friendships, and memories made there. HAPPY BIRTHDAY in advance! (29th July) 🎉🥳🎁🎂 Where should the Chaos Crew travel next? 🌍🐾 #SalviAndTheChaosCrew #CatAdventure #CatsOfInstagram #VisitNJ #WorldTravelSeries

Welcome back for Day 2 of the 5th Annual Brownie's Book Corner Memorial (BBCM) 📚 Conference in the Galapagos Islands in Equador! #browniesbookcornermemorial #BBCM5thAnnualConference Pic 2. Some of the doggo members of BBCM are meeting on the historic HMS Beagle. This is the ship that carried the young Charles Darwin to the Galapagos Islands in the early 1830's.  On the second voyage of the Beagle (1831 - 1836), Darwin traveled with the sailors as the unpaid but official naturalist for the voyage.  The rest is history! ✍️ Wait! Tell us what happened Angel Brownie! "Oh, okay. Let me explain.  Pic 3. Darwin studied many animals but is best known for his study of the Galapagos Finches. He found what appeared to be many diverse species.  Later at home, studying the specimens he brought back, he realized they were all similar in their appearance and biology, with the exception of their beak shapes. He theorized that they all descended from a common ancestor, but diverged based on natural selection.  The beak shapes became uniquely adapted to the food sources on the different islands,  the result of survival through natural selection. One species evolved into several with  different adaptive physical characteristics." That is our lesson for today. Let's go visit some animals!  Pic 4.  Marine Iguana 😲 Pic 5.  Land Iguana 😵‍💫 Pic 6.   Fur Seal 😊 Pic 7. Sally Lightfoot Crab 😱 These colorful creatures groom other animals such as the Marine Iguana here. Would you like to be groomed by a Sally Lightfoot Crab? Pics 8 -9. After our meeting was finished this morning, off to the beach we went to celebrate 5 years of Brownie's Book Corner! 📚 We are at the iconic, most photographed beach in the Galapagos, Bartolome Island Beach. 💙 Pic 10. Our last night in Equador. We are strolling through the historic district of Quito, the capital city. These buildings date from the 1600s! 🇬🇶 Thank you BBCM members and reviewers!! Like the Galapagos itself, these past 5 years  have been a life-altering experience, one full of love, joy and knowledge.  Angel Brownie and I love you all.  See you at home and in our hearts.💙 Please see author comments for IDs

Cinny here. Today is my Gotcha Day. Seven years ago my meowmy picked me up from the greenhouse where she worked and brought me home. . I was part of a small feral colony living in an open to the outside part of the greenhouse. She had been feeding us and I went off on my own to play and let her pet me. . The next thing I knew I was picked up, put in a carrier and taken to the vet. I was 2 lbs, the vet guessed 2 months old, and starving. . The rest is history. I found myself in a warm home with lots of food, an awsome big sisfur Lily who I adored and a loving family. . Happy 5th Gotcha Day wishes to Randall Allen @mungo_caramel_randall_artie . Happy 5 years to Willow and Bourbon @boredbourbon . Happy to celebrate Friendsgiving with Herbert @itsherbertthecat #herbertsfriendsgiving Thank you for taking me along Clover @cflickcats , I love making new friends. ❤️ . Swipe through for my photo shoot with Meowmy today, amazing edits from furriends @nobodywantschewbacca , @bubu_the_pet , and @mungo_caramel_randall_artie , and a few pics of me after I moved in with my family. ,

Hi friends! 🩷 For the next few days you’ll find me right here snoozin’ away! 😻💞 #snoozinsundaywangelbuddy @buddy_themc Swipe to see Riley invading my purrsonal space. 😼 Our pawrents have gone to enjoy some fall vibes in Lake Placid, New York. Speaking of fall we are also celebrating 3 years of #pntswedits with the theme Cozy Cider Carnival. 🍁🍂🧡💛 Congratulations @pea_n_tot 🎉🩷 Here are our guesses to help Pea and Tot solve the mysteries: Secret Admirer and Date: Nikki @kuzykat_theoriginal wrote the letter for Tot, but when she realized Katniss @aslan.peanut.katniss also had a crush on Tot, they chose friendship first. Tot invited them both on a sweet, friendly date. (My mom is dying inside and realized she spelled Katniss wrong in the edit above. I’m not sure if I should blame her dwindling reading vision or doing edits while falling asleep.) Secret Recipe Book: Bourbon @boredbourbon wanted to impress Boo @mungo_caramel_randall_artie by giving her the secret recipe book so she could take her baking to the next level! Stolen Cider: Kosho @tomykoshocat stole the cider thinking it was alcoholic, but it was just spiced cider ( but still delicious). Mysteries solved! 🕵️✨ (Thanks for the backgrounds and adorable outfits @pea_n_tot 😸)
