what. a. year. dude.

That quite sums up the year in a few words. Jesus, laughter, joy, tears, traveling, family, friends, and JESUS!

Got a degree in Biology and then felt the Lord calling me into worship ministry. Who saw that coming? (clearly not me) Started an internship at NewSpring with the best mentor ever! So many friends not pictured, but I’m so grateful for each of y’all!

Anyways… the Lord is so so kind, loving, and sovereign! It has been such a bitter sweet year, but to see His hand in all of it has stirred so much gratitude and wonder in my heart!

To all who mourn in Israel, He will give a crown of beauty for ashes, a joyous blessing instead of mourning, festive praise instead of despair. In their righteousness, they will be like great oaks that the Lord has planted for His own glory.

Whew— 2025 was a wild one for sure!

I have laughed and cried. Been hurt and had joy. Been fired from a job I thought I loved and was graced with a position I didn’t know I wanted. My year didn’t look anything like I thought it would and that is more than okay.

Why?

Because I serve a God that knows the beginning and the end. A God that had a plan for my life before I was even a thought. It is not for me to figure it out or make a way for myself, but to take His word and promise at face value and allow Him to steer me wherever He needs me to be.

I have learned that saying yes to God is not always easy. It may even hurt sometimes, but it is always, always good.

For the first time in a long time, I am excited for what the next year brings. To embark on this Kingdom assignment. To do His work. To surrender my will and my life to the Father. To seek him wholeheartedly. To embrace all of the good (and not so good) that comes with it.

2026, here we go I guess…

It was an emotional moment to see my baby little sister get married 🥹.
Along a weekend with laughter, tears and great time with my family and friends. Along to spend it with my forever plus one and 2 tag alongs .

We are still blown away from the overwhelming support we had at our 5k yesterday. Here are some more photos from the event. We will be announcing next year's date and location (not on a track) in the near future. We hope to see you all there!
