Here’s what the studies show:

✨Employees who feel respected by their managers and peers are more engaged, motivated, and productive.

✨Employees who receive regular recognition and praise are more productive, engaged, and loyal to their company.

✨Liking others, and being liked in return, creates a positive feedback loop that promotes teamwork and job satisfaction.

All of which results in higher overall team performance.

Julia G. can take you there 🐍🍄

It’s right on the cusp of spooky season, if you aren’t there already, and it’s time to look like your best, most poisonous or venomous self.

Book your appointment before it’s time for Christmas hair!!

Hi Barbie!! 👯‍♀️

When choosing a hairstylist, we know there’s a lot to consider.

So we made it easy, with our Meet Your Artist quiz, available on our website!

But here’s a few extra points of info, just in case 😉

Which Julia would YOU vibe with the most?

Weekends are for the ladies 😘

Started off the Friday night with a little date at Brahma Bar and Grill in Fair Oaks! 🐖 Overall: 4/5!

I got a super yummy chicken pesto sandwich 🥪 with bacon and a brioche bun. Taylor got a patty melt, which I've never had before but was like a grilled cheese on crack! Topped each bite with a sip of strawberry 🍓 limoncello and ended the night with Mini Beignets! The beignets were so fluffy but dense at the same time and have blackberry and strawberry syrup on top. It took us less than 5 minutes to demolish them all. We then went to target and bought strawberries and chocolate, where Taylor made our own batch of chocolate strawberries.

Started our next day off with a brown butter chocolate chip 🍪 latte from Dutch bros, make sure to mix it together but oh my god it is so good. 4.5/5 for me. The brown butter was so rich and flavorful, the little chocolate cookie pieces on top just pulled it all together. (also starbucks is changing their rewards AGAIN so catch me as a different coffee girlie for the rest of my life).

We then stopped at the 85 degree bakery and café for some little treats and made our way over to the river for a little R&R with the pups. A tiny Basque cheesecake 🍰, chocolate chip bread, strawberry cream bread, chocolate Swiss roll and cookie crumble bread 🍫 plus a little croissant with strawberry. Tiny pastries are always a 5/5 for me!

Ended the weekend with a little new hair action to round it all out 😘 I love having friends and I love my wife. I'm so glad I'm able to do all of these adventures with her.
