#MotivationMonday

Culture is revealed in big moments but is built in the small, daily interactions, decisions, words and actions. When you’re intentional in the small moments you won’t need to worry about the big moments.

Show up on purpose.

#WhyWednesday

Sometimes we fall into “over coaching athletes” (sometimes).

Let athletes athlete.

Sprint, jump, bound, squat, push, pull, hinge, carry heavy things, throw things and move better. (Amongst others)

Do them well and do them often with intent.

Some of our fastest girls “athleteing” and doing what they do best 💨
