Congratulations to Kristin and Anthony 🥂

This wedding had a little bit of everything. Skyline, concerts, beautiful bridesmaids, a bride with a VOICE!

@kristintrottasings and I met years ago in an Instagram group for artists. That group eventually dissolved but Kristin and I stayed in touch for years. She’s an amazing singer and her hubby is a dj @dj__ag 🎶

They know the industry and had a very cool wedding!

It’s so cool that Kristin and Anthony wanted vendors that they knew and cared about who attended the big day. I am so grateful to have been a part of it!

Nasce come un ambizioso progetto di بوتique hotel di design nel cuore di Dutch Kills, un quartiere in rapida evoluzione a Long Island City (Queens, New York). Ecco come è nato e si è sviluppato il progetto…
La struttura ereditata: Quando lo studio di architettura newyorkese Grzywinski + Pons è stato ingaggiato per il progetto, ha ereditato una sovrastruttura in cemento e blocchi di calcestruzzo già completata da altri

Il concept industriale:
Gli architetti Matthew Grzywinski e Amador Pons hanno lasciato lo scheletro grezzo dell'edificio in gran parte inalterato, concentrando il loro lavoro sul ridisegnare le finestre (enormi e a tutta altezza per catturare la luce e la vista su Manhattan) e sulla definizione degli interni.

Il legame con il quartiere: L'idea centrale era riflettere l'architettura industriale della zona e la dinamicità di New York, mescolando la struttura grezza con materiali caldi e naturali come legno di recupero, pelle, sughero e sisal, pensati per acquisire una patina vissuta con il tempo.

Three months ago today, we became husband and wife in NYC, surrounded by our people. It was the best day of our lives. The joy and love in that room created an energy we know will live with us forever.

We’ve been trying to figure out how to put this truly magical day into words, or where to even begin with the absolutely insane 2,500 photos @han.alexander literally sent us. Looking through them has allowed us to relive it all, and we’re beyond thankful to everyone who supported us on the journey here.

We’ll have more to say later, but for now, here’s to celebrating 3 months by sharing part 1 of our wedding day. <3
