According to ChatGPT from the markings and web structure, this is most likely a St. Andrew’s Cross orb-weaver from the genus Argiop. In India—especially eastern India—the species commonly seen with this pattern is Argiope pulchella or sometimes Argiope anasuja. The white zig-zag silk decoration, called a stabilimentum Is visible in this photo. Unlike the nearly invisible capture threads, the stabilimentum is bright and strongly reflects ultraviolet light, which many insects can see. Evolution likely favored this structure because it improves the spider’s survival in several ways. One hypothesis suggests that the bright silk attracts insects. The UV-reflective pattern may resemble flower signals or open sky gaps, drawing flying insects toward the web where they become trapped. In this sense, the stabilimentum acts as a kind of visual lure, increasing hunting efficiency.
If you wanna know more about these spiders, use google or a dependable LLM.

You must imagine a time before forests, a time of barren lands and landscapes—— a time before you and I, our ricocheting word games, an epidemic of platitudes and well-known rituals—— you must remember the words that were written down so easily, the stones that carved the bark of these forests broke your nails, but you thought it was your lips, and the day you stood still you found a forest that grows within you… you who just wanted to become a tree.

What a sight no? Our planets very own canvas. The water cycle, the invisible artist. Seen from the plains, clouds often seem to form right in front of mountains — a process driven by orographic lift. As moist air from the lowlands encounters a mountain barrier, it’s forced upward—the atmosphere performing its own version of The Great Gig in the Sky — a natural symphony of pressure, temperature, and vapor becoming visible.
