When we started DGR, we knew that looking after our people was job one.
.
Everyone working together to succeed. Part of that was an understanding that in order to ensure everyone could survive a recession (downturn in the market), we had to come up with a plan. Not just show up every day and fake it but an actual plan with goals.
.
We did that and here we are today and folks are still flocking to our doors. Why?
.
We believe it’s the entire package…from the moment you call to the moment we’ve left your site, professionalism, quality work, communication and the list goes on and on, has to be there and it is. Treating folks like dirt, not communicating, poor workmanship and excuses generally leads to bankruptcy at some point.
.
To everyone who has helped us succeed…thank you. We look forward to servicing our clients for decades to come.
