We gotta talk about what our kids are experiencing in these classrooms.

Think about going all the way to 5th or 7th grade before having your first Black male teacher. That’s a real experience for a lot of people. And representation matters. Seeing somebody who looks like you in that classroom can make a difference.

But it’s not just about who’s teaching. It’s also about WHAT our kids are being taught. Black history didn’t start with slavery, and our children deserve an education that reflects the full story of who they are.

So when we talk about the education system and what needs to change, these are the conversations we need to have.

Did you have a Black teacher growing up? And do you think having teachers who look like you makes a difference?

Let’s talk about it in the comments.

We need to be able to have conversations like this.
Mike Manzo sat down with Big Sen and Just Lou to talk about something that doesn't always get discussed honestly: the relationship between Black and Brown communities.
Culture. Neighborhoods. Music. Bias. The N-word. Generational differences. Social media. The things we've been taught. And the things we may have never stopped to question.
But the bigger conversation is about what happens when we start judging entire communities based on individual experiences.
You don't have to agree with everything said in this conversation.
You do have to be willing to listen.
What do you think the Black and Brown communities need to understand about each other better?
Keep it respectful.

Some conversations are uncomfortable... but they're most definitely worth having.
Community voice @mikemanzoofficial talks about growing up hearing the N-word used among young Mexican kids, and how learning its history from Black brothers and sisters completely changed his perspective. He also points out the mixed messages younger generations are receiving today.
This isn't about telling anybody what to think. It's about creating space for an honest conversation between communities that have shared history, shared neighborhoods, and shared struggles.
Keep it respectful. Listen as much as you speak.

“No validation is needed.”
Quiz came through with a performance built around staying solid, handling business, chasing purpose, and knowing your value.
Tennis shoes. Property. Goals. Elevation.
And probably my favorite line:
“Your energy is limited, don't let it go to waste.”
That's the energy.

This wasn’t a pre-made cooking video. This was LIVE. 👀
@thekingdomskitchen1008 pulled up to @on2danextpod and cooked jambalaya right there on the spot, in front of the cast, crew and the cameras.

No kitchen edit. No “we made this earlier.” Just cooking, explaining, seasoning, and putting it all together right in the room.

And yeah... we all ate. It was🔥

Would you want to see more live cooking on *On 2Da Next*?

Building something? Pay attention to who's building with you.
@seanauguste dropped some real game about putting the right people around you.
Not everybody is meant to be on the team. The people you choose have to bring effort, value, and something that actually helps move the vision forward.
Because at the end of the day, the people around you can either help build what you're trying to create... or slowly make you question why you brought them in.

Do YOU know the difference between the good sh** and the bad sh**? Would you still buy a bottle if you found out you're paying for the celebrity instead of the tequila?
Tequila Teej of @agaveandessence stopped by On 2Da Next to break down the truth about additives, celebrity brands, tequila production, and why understanding the process changes everything.
This isn't just a conversation about tequila. It's about knowing what you're paying for.

This one might divide the comments...
Is Chris Brown the greatest performer since Michael Jackson...
Or is there still a gap?
Free Boogie didn't hesitate with his answer.
What's yours?
