Opening Night at The Union Hotel 🥂

What an incredible night celebrating the reopening of this historic Flemington landmark!

Our AM Salon team had the best time getting together, enjoying dinner at Jersey Prime Steakhouse, and then heading upstairs to JP’s Lounge to take in the evening.

From the moment we walked in, you could feel the thought and intention behind every detail. The architecture, the design, the ambiance, the food, the cocktails, the music, the service — everything came together perfectly.

The Union Hotel isn’t just a beautiful new place to dine and gather… it feels like a true piece of Flemington’s history has come back to life with a fresh, elevated energy for the future.

Here’s to new beginnings, great food, and a thriving Flemington Main Street.

What an incredible day for Flemington!

Today we celebrated the ribbon cutting and reopening of the historic Union Hotel. A moment that feels truly special for our community. After nearly 20 years of being closed, seeing this beautiful piece of Flemington history come back to life is something to celebrate! 🥂

As a lifelong Hunterdon County resident, this was especially exciting for me. I’m so proud to have my business right here on Main Street and to be part of a community that is continuing to grow, evolve, and come alive. ❤️

I’m incredibly hopeful for the future of our town and so excited for all that’s ahead—the new businesses, collaborations, connections, and energy this brings to Main Street.

A huge congratulations to Jack Cust for making this vision a reality. What an incredible accomplishment and gift to our community!

Here’s to a thriving Main Street, a bright future for Flemington, and watching this next chapter unfold. 🥂
