Another year, another house, another community—and plenty of dirt. 🤎 Habitat for Humanity Women Build 2026 was filled with purpose, unity, hard work, and (more than) a little sweat. Creatives 4 A Cause is a team of amazing women who come together year after year to help build a home for a deserving single mom and her kids. We smiled our way through sod day, grateful for an overcast morning and even more grateful for the opportunity to give back in such a meaningful way. Dirty hands, full hearts. 🛠️🤎 🎵Round and Round by our one and only Mareyda

CREW Tampa Bay’s Sustainability Council held their “Sustainability in Motion” event last week at Tampa International Airport (TPA). It was a great event with a detailed presentation that started at the LEED certified SkyCenter One building, a quick trip to their rooftop terrace, a back-of-house tour of the main terminal’s utility plant, a visit to see Phoebe, and happy hour at Hard Rock Cafe. Thank you to our sponsor BOS Tampa (member Denelle Bourgeois, LEED Green Associate). #CREWTampaBay #CRE #CREwomen #Sustainability #CommunityImpact

BOS Tampa had the privilege to help sponsor CREW Tampa Bay’s Sustainability Council event “Sustainability in Motion” at our beloved TPA this evening! A great event with a detailed presentation to start at the LEED certified SkyCenter One building, a quick trip to their rooftop terrace, a back-of-house tour of the main terminal’s utility plant (speaking of dust-free zones… please come to my place and do a once over), and then a visit to see Phoebe and happy hour at Hard Rock Cafe. Fun fact: Did you know the first commercial flight in the US was St. Pete to Tampa in 1914??! A big thank you to Kendra Thomas, C.M., ACoM, Melissa M. S., Sierra LePore, CM, ENV SP at Tampa International Airport (TPA) for hosting and touring us! @bosworkspaces @crewtampa @flytpa #sustainabilityinmotion #resiliencyindesign #sustainabilityinthebuiltenvironment #CREWSustainabilityCouncil #PhoebeAtTPA

Why It Works | Phone Room Series Privacy doesn’t always need a door. For our final Phone Room Series example, we’re looking at a different approach to creating separation within the workplace. Located within an active amenity space, these open alcoves create individual places to step away without completely disconnecting from the environment around them. Acoustical wall panels wrap the curved interior, helping manage sound, while warm wood tones, integrated lighting, and comfortable seating make each space feel intentionally tucked away. It’s a reminder that privacy isn’t always about creating another room. Sometimes thoughtful acoustics, materiality, and spatial definition can provide just enough separation while maintaining connection to the larger environment. Over the past four weeks, we’ve explored four very different approaches to one of the workplace’s smallest spaces—each responding differently to focus, privacy, comfort, and connection. What they share isn’t a particular look or layout. It’s intentionality. The smallest spaces can solve some of the workplace’s biggest needs - when every design decision has a purpose. That’s Why It Works. Project Photography by: @jaredpowellphotography #WhyItWorks #EWParchitects #PhoneRoomDesign #CommercialInteriors #MaterialDrivenDesign #DesignDetails #WorkplaceArchitects

What an evening!! 👏 Thank you to everyone who attended TBRA’s inaugural Developers CRE Showcase. We had a fantastic turnout and couldn’t have asked for a better debut. From informative presentations by Atwell, My Favorite Art Place and Westshore Alliance to a caricature artist that quickly became a crowd favorite, the event delivered a unique opportunity for our CRE community to connect face-to-face. We’d love to hear about the deals and opportunities that evolve from the connections made at the Showcase. Thank you to our attendees, sponsors, speakers and especially the TBRA Signature Events Committee, whose countless hours of planning and dedication brought this event to life. Mark your calendars: the next Developers Showcase is already on the books for February 23, 2027. We can’t wait to do it again!

About last night.. 🥂 The commercial project we designed just won the Best Industrial Design Award. This project was unlike anything we had taken on before. We mainly do luxury residential design and this is the only commercial project we’ve ever done and our biggest one yet at 150,000 sq/ft. It was a huge undertaking but also an incredible learning experience. Taking on something outside our comfort zone and seeing it recognized at this level feels incredibly special. Hard work, persistence and a lot of late nights really do pay off. None of this would have been possible without my small but mighty team.. especially Yi, who was my right hand throughout this project. Musadiq, who is my go-to for all the planning, layouts and designing that happens before anyone sees or touches anything. Steve, our architect, who spent countless hours helping us get every detail just right. Bob, Tony, the incredible team at TW. Jim Fleming, my lucky star and ultimate all-rounder! And all the amazing partners who helped bring this vision to life. It truly took a village to turn this vision into reality. Feeling incredibly grateful, proud and maybe just a little bit over the moon😊 Here’s to many more projects, collaborations and milestones to come!✨ XOB P.S. Balloon pants may look cool in theory but if you’re about to walk on stage and pose for a hundred photos, please proceed with caution. They add pounds I definitely did not ask for🙅‍♀️🤦‍♀️😂 . . . . . . #rejournalawards2026 #illinoisrejournal #bestindustrialdesign #commercialdesign bushrajafridesign

Making progress at @desk_606 for the expanded renovation. One of the big elements needed was flooring. We started with walnut-look LVP from @flooranddecor as a solid base but as any biz owner in the city of @chicago knows, you need to dampen the nose. Enter: @florsquares These tiles are heavy duty for the daily traffic *and* they look cool. These are “Industrious” in beige, black, and topaz to compliment the color palette we designed for this space. The owners even rolled up their sleeves to lay the @florsquares themselves (true entrepreneurs). Desk design by @bosworkspaces , lighting by @lightology , glass shaker doors by @wayfair_chicago @wayfairprofessional @wayfair and paint by @sherwinwilliams Up next is the epic custom made wood slat wall for the entry. Hold tight!
