Not everything needs to shout.

@both.studio speaks through restraint — space, type, and hierarchy doing the work that decoration usually tries to.

Quiet design. Distinct character.

We turned 10 last week.

To celebrate our double-digits milestone, together with Long Prawn we threw a 10 party – a 10/10 in all respects. A spirited evening marking a decade of JAC AND.

Over the past ten years, we’ve built and grown an incredible community. It was so special to have many of those people in one place, raising a glass and thanking them for their contribution and support.

Here’s to the next ten years of fun, ideas, ups, downs and twists. We can’t wait to see where it takes us.

A Dubai-based architecture and interior design practice shaped by movement, observation, and restraint.
Their identity doesn’t compete with the work—it quietly echoes its values.

Designed by @both.studio Studio, the system is calm, tactile, and intentional. Space is generous. Typography breathes. Nothing is overstated, yet everything is considered.

Rooted in warm, mineral tones and nature-inspired textures, the identity feels grounded and human. Flexible by design, it steps back when needed—allowing architecture to remain at the center.
